I got a phone call from this company who said my social security number is blocked by the US Government. The caller had a heavy Indian accent and he threatened my life. I blocked my phone number and returned the call. I told the person who answered that I know here they are calling from and I was coming over there to cut him up into little pieces so that I could feed my pet alligator. I don't think they will call back.He said he was from the Law Investigation Department, there is no such company

Me too guys. Good thing is, that my local police and FBI is on my case and now working to find these people.

there are calling a business line saying that an employee has a lawsuit a***nst them.  They had a payday loan online and within 3 months $300 was taken straigt from their bank account without their knowlegde.  They said there were calling from the office of John McClain

I am getting calls from 412-360-8433 and they are saying so****ing abuot a cash loan, which was put in my account and I called the cash loan and had it withdrawn because I did not want to accept the terms of the payback.  I don't owe this loan, and now that I've read from others comments I know that it is just a down-right scam.  I can say more, but just be careful with them.  I felt they were scammers too, had deep accent.

I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND HE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON FOR A MINUTE AND TO TELL HIM IF I LIKED IT. I SAID LIKE WHAT AND HE PLAYED **** VERY LOUDLY IN MY EAR... HE THEN READ OFF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO ME. I ***G UP AND CALLED THE POLICE... IF YOU HAVE HIS NUMBER AND HE IS CONTACTING YOU CALL THE POLICE NOW!!!!

A MAN CALLED ME FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING HIS NAME WAS WILLIAM JOHNSON. HE SAID HE KNOWS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND MY ADDRESS AND CHARGES WILL BE PUT ON ME FOR A 300.00 DOLLAR PAYDAY LOAN. I TOLD HIM I HAVE NEVER HAD A PAYDAY LOAN BEFORE AND HE CAN GO AHEAD AND TAKE ME TO COURT, ALL I TOLD HIM ALL I NEED TO BRING WITH ME IS MY BANK STATEMENT. I THEN ***G UP ON HIM AND HE CALLED RIGHT BACK, LETF A MESSAGE WITH THIS NUMBER. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER, IT SAID THE MAILBOX WAS FULL... WATCH OUT!!!!

I just received a phone call from the same number. I also called back and when I asked for more information about their company, he ***g up on me!

I just got the same call but he was not as rude to me as he was to the other people he called.He said he worked for The Office of Bill Parker, American Legal Processing Division, He also said in his heavy indian accent that I owed a payday loan to Payday Cash1 which I never did. He said he was going to call the company and then get back to me. Then I found this page and I been trying to call them back as I type and all I get is a busy signal. I just got through and the other person I spoke with sai the loan was with Cash Advance which i dont know either, and the third time I got through I asked for the info for what ever they were takling about and to talk to a supervisor and he ***g up on me.

I recieved a call today threatening me with lawsuit and they had cell and work numbers.  Said I could lose my job.  Heavy Indian accent and was very rude-I listened to him on first call - told him I did not owe him money and to not call a***n.

I just got a voicemail from this number! As soon as I heard the strong accent, I knew it was a scam! I immediately googled the number and saw that I am not alone.  Scammers think they are getting smarter! They are trying to find ways to get Americans money from overseas, and this is just one of the ways that they are trying to do it.  Shee***

I received a call like this today the caller had a very strong accent and was very hard to understand.  I did gather from the conversation that his name was Mark Williams and that I had a law suit filed a***nst me and that I was in serious trouble that I had charges for fraud, bad checks and so****ing about a bank fraud charge.  When I questioned him regarding the law suit he informed me that I had taken a payday loan out in March and that I had not paid it back.  After asking several times he said the loan was from EZ Cash, I informed him that I would call my bank to see if I ever received a deposit from EZ CASH loan, which I have not.  He told me that an officer would be at my office tomorrow to arrest me and he****ured me that I would be crying like a baby then. I just happen to work for a law firm and checked with the PA Clerk of Court and asked about the case # that I was given and there is no such number.  I did not give him any information and all he knew was my name and my street address.  I have talked with an attorney that I work for and we are going to my the appropriate calls and file complaints.  What is really sad is the older people that they are scaring into giving them there bank information and the money they are scamming off these people.

I ASKED WHAT THE SPECIFIC COMPANY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER WAS BECUASE I WANTED TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY AND GET THIS CLEARED UP - ALL MY LOANS ARE PAID! HE ***G UP ON ME THE FIRST TIME TELLING ME THAT I WAS BEING RUDE, I CALLED BACK SAID I WANTED THE INFORMATION A***N ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THAT I WOULD NOT BE DOING ANYTHING UNTIL I GOT EVERYTHING IN WRITING - THE GUY TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO SPEAK TO HIS LAWYER FIRST BEFORE HE COULD GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION

this number called me today and said that a crimal case was a***nst me and if i didnt pay today that the cop would be at my address tomorrow to arrest me. this ****eese guy wont give me the judges name he told me it was none of my business. ive never had a loan. when i said i was contacting a lawyer he told me i had no right to..and that im one of those kind of poeple..whatever that suppose to mean..i could barely understand what he was saying due to his accent.but he claim to be with a law firm in pittsburg pa..inv solution inc.

These people are calling me and threatening me as well.  Saying I am involved in a fraud investigation.  Caller was from India and could barely understand him.But he did say I did not know what I was getting myself into if I did not call him back!So****ing needs to be done about these people.  I did unfortunately get a payday loan on line but they are taking monthly payments from my bank account to pay it back.  So now this scares me that they are going to steal from me.  Just great!!

This company called me and told me that I was going to jail.  they told me that they were a part of the government.

I just recieved a call stating that my husband had taken out a payday loan I told the guy that we have never had a payday loan and I asked him who the loan was with and he couldn't tell me. He told me that he could take care of the lawsuit that was a***nst my husband. Never would give me information on who the loan was from. He stated that he was s****ing a project and wanted my husband and I to work for him cause he needed workers throughout the whole United States. He had a really heavy India Accent to the point that I couldn't understand him.

Got the exact same calls. Very rude, and threatening. Called the Attorney General in NY and PA due to the fact the calls came from Pittsburgh, Pa.

I recieved a call yes**** from " Fraud and Investigation Department regarding an unpaid paday loan for $200.00. They said they are going to file with my local courthouse becuase I did not pay the loan. They wanted me to make prompt payment. The speaker was barely understandable and had a heavey Indian accent.

Received the same type call and was told that there was a lawsuit pending and that if my husband did not call him back he would be sorry.  I told him that I would give him our lawyers number and he would not take it.  He said that no lawyer could help only him.  I told him to contact our lawyer and he s****ed screaming at me that by morning my husband would be sitting in prison and I would be crying like I have never cried.  Once a***n I told him to contact our lawyer and s****ed giving him the phone number and he ***g up saying I would be sorry. His name was Mark Johnson and had an Indian accent.

I RECEIVED A CALLED STATING THAT I OWED CASH CALL LOAN AND THAT THERE IS A HOLD ON MY S.S AND THAT A LAWSUIT HAS BEEN FIELD. THE NAME HE GAVE ME WAS OFFICER TOM MCGLEAN AND HIS AGENT NUMBER WAS 108303. I DONT HAVE A LOAN WITH NO SUCH PERSON AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE TRYED TO DO THIS. BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM

they called for my mom and i said i was here cuz i know that accent and they said i was getting a claim a***nst me it would be criminal..that she owed 256 dallors it was a fraud...i threaten him with an attorney and he ***g up

Some guy who couldn't even speak English called saying they are some law firm.  I called back and asked for a supervisor and still got ***ody that spoke English. I am contacting the local Attorney General's office and my phone carrier about these FREAKS.  I refuse to give them any information.

Officer David Warner called and said a criminal lawsuit was filed a***nst me by Cash West Payday for a payday loan that was not paid. He said I would be arrested if I did not sen them $396.00. Caller had a heavy India accent and was diificult to understand. Caller also had my personal information including my drivers license number. He wanted me to send the money Western Union to Shawn Michael (courthouse receiver) in Pittsburgh, PA

they called and wanted 400.36 said i owed this and wanted me to go to walmart and get a cash vouch and call them back with the code so they could get the money. i asked who they were and other questions and the said it was none of my business

They said a suit had been filed a***nst me and I would be prosecuted. They wanted $387 dlls to help me in my case a***nst me. They wanted to confirm confidential info, like personal checking account, social security number, info that only I know they already knew. THEY WERE ****ESSE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEIR ACCENT OR ORIENTAL Help me please!!!!
