If you check the BBB in Ca***a it says that this company is NOT accredited with the BBB but has a history of violating the BBB policy and indicating that they are with the BBB. The Better Business Bureau has refused them accreditation because of poor service, low quality products and refusal to respond to complaints.Buyer beware - if they fraudulently say they are with the BBB, how good can their product be??????What I do is make about 20 copies of their own fax – and any other I receive – and fax it back to them. Just make sure you program your fax not to show your fax number. I just sent 60 faxes their way today!!!

I also constantly get junk advertising faxes from this fax # even after I have called and removed my fax # from their list too. Any advice on HOW TO MAKE THEM STOP?

I have tried several times to have my personal office line removed from their fax database.  Needless to say I have had NO joy!!! More of the same.  Called the numbers of the firms and said "please don't send out godam unsolicited faxes."  Anyone who can get these folks removed is doing a _good thing_.

Here it is Jan 2011 two years after the first posting... and Mass Media is still sending out multipe faxes, I've tried calling the do-not-call numbers but it is constantly busy. Why can't we get these folks shut down?

I made an appointment. Will wait for them to show up at my door and then block their vehicle. I have  bat ready.  I'm sure you will hear about it on the news because after I'm done with them I'll be arrested and in the news. Also getting fax this "Bogus" firm; and others eg Servitor.com. Their fax  # 416 848 6891. Lets all "flood" their fax ma****e with their own junk and publish their tel. & fax number

Call them from a payphone and have them come out to that Yonge St. address to do some "handyman" work for you.I'm sick of the Handyman faxes too.

I received a fax and then called this number (416) 907-7555) that advertises One Stop Professionals for Home Renovations. Don't ever hire anyone that sends mass faxes. They c****e their land lines so I'm sure they would be hard to get ahold of if you weren't happy with their work.The fax lists a number 747-724-3479 to call to be removed from the list. I've called each time I've received a fax and they say my number has already been removed. Don;t know why I keep receiving faxes then. I have filed a complaint with the CRTC, let's see if they do anything. It's been a week and I haven't heard from them.The fax sates the company is Mass-Media Inc and gives a phine umber that is bogus, too many nyumbers 905-698-01111, the adress is also bogus #105 - 13321 Yonge Street Suite 250, Richmond Hill, on L4E 0K5.Whenever I get faxes from this company I call the firm and complain, usually only get a ma****e & not calls back. A few times I found the name of the advertiser and got their fax number and sent them numerous faxes of a letter compalining about them using this company.
