I went to the address in Whitby, as I was parking my car I saw a lady with 2 children, I waited for her to go & went on to ring the bell, the neigbour told me that I just missed her.  I said i am here to speak to the owner of the duct cleaning company, the neighbour told me is the same lady's husband, & that if the big truck is not in the driveway, it means he is at work.  I asked this is a residence?? the neighbour said yes of course, this is their home, they live here.I guess that is this guy's house address, so to speak to him we have to wait for the duct cleaning truck to be in his driveway.

Just got the second call from these idiots trying to sell me some of their "services". Filed a complaint both times with the CRTC because I am on the DNC list. The telemarketers seem to think that the list they have is valid. I told them they need to update their list but I am sure they know they are using an illegal list.If anyone gets a call from these idiots please file a complaint on the CRTC web site. I hate being bothered by unsolicited phone calls wat****g the Leafs lose.Peter

The calling company is Professional Home Service 647-259-8545. The people came to do the duct cleaning is Dust Free Home Services Inc Tel 416-907-9333, fax 416-628-8218, www.dustfreehome.ca.Fee is $110. Very poor services, run the vac*** not eve 10 minutes. Try to talk me into cleaning the furnance for an addition $125.  I did not buy it. Telemarketing said the services would include this and that, do not believe it: 1. told would vac***ing back of the furnance, did not do it  2. told would have two year warranty, denied warranty because I did not buy the additional furnance cleaning services, even note on invoice 'no warranty on dust, ****er and exc****er and air coil are full of dust but the customer don't want to clean at this time'. These guys just PRETEND they are doing the job. After disconnected the vac*** host, the drilled more holes in the duct and **** compressed air in. Found out some vent missed cleaning, they just **** the debris down which I repeated said do not **** the debris down, that is after the vac*** is disconnected. I test run the furnance at the end, this guy told me turn off the furnance, because he is seeing dust coming up. A water host was not properly connected back at the furnance. The service is a total garbage. All the poor review is absolutely true.

these are excellent guys having good equipments for heating and cooling system.i always urges you to make appointment with these guys for your duct cleaning

D Bay Home Services are TOTAL SCAMMERS! I got a cold call from D Bay Home Services, and decided to get the ducts cleaned for $110. Technician talked me into a furnace cleaning for another $130.  They blew compressed air at my furnace for 10 minutes, and in the process, my furnace stopped working (didn't realize until after they charged me and left). It was winter, and I have 3 babies at home. I called them several times (usually got answering ma****e), but I got through twice, and "Amit" said both times that someone would come and fix it.  After 3 days in the cold, we had to call the gas company, and they just had to connect a rubber hose that came loose from the compressed air.  The gas company said that they would never **** compressed air at the furnace.After the furnace was fixed, I put a regular shop vac up in the duct and ****ed out tonnes of debris - their vaccuum did nothing, so even if it was just a duct cleaning, it's not worth the money!!! By the way, the VISA charge is from: D BAY HOME SERVICES INC WHITBY.  DON'T USE THEM!!!

I too was being harassed by this company ... about 10-20 times a day.  However, in my case they were going by the name of Crystal Home Service.  "Ronnie" was the name of the telemarketer. I also found their web page as noted above by "Angry and frustrated". (NOTE:  I checked it out today and it's under construction). In addition to the phone numbers posted above, I found this other number on their web page: 416-838-9091.  So I called the number and it sure sounded like "Ronnie" to me.   He ***g up on me the first time I called and most of the time he didn't pick up.  But I kept calling and harassing him for a couple of days.  And when I say "calling" him, I mean about 10-20 times a day. i got duct cleaning from this company i paid (110$) too cheap indeed...perfect services,and nice guys using huge trucks..they are keep calling me right now sometime but every time I appreciate them...

DBAY home services for DUCT Cleaning. Very cheap service (from the info I ws given)...they leave me with the number 416-907-9333 but the caller id shows 0123456. Why would a company uses a number as such on the caller id. Wouldn't you want your clients to see your company number? I don't get it.
