A pop up froze our computer and then a guy came on “to help”. He then said he was transferring us to the fraud department. He knew a lot of my husbands personal information. He said there were fraud charges on our account and he was going to fix everything as long as we c****ed all of our passwords with him. I. Allen our bank and reported what was going on and the bank stated “it’s a scam, **** up”. The guy got irritated and told my husband to **** up with the bank because he couldn’t access our account at the same time. My husband finally ***g up. The bank froze everything immediately and now we have to set everything up new! Please don’t fall for this ****
