Offered me lower credit card interest rates. The problem is, I don't have a credit card. I only use my debit. I tried to talk to someone who worked there, but I soon as I said that I didn't have a credit card, they ***g up on me. I blocked this number shortly after.

Who are these people and why are they calling me?

C*******ers woke me up with 6 calls in a 5 min perod of time

Robo-call from 'Rachel at card services' with an exciting offer to lower my interest rates.   Have gotten the same call from other numbers, when I got to a real person he ***g up on me when I asked what company he was working for.   I hate them.

got a call this afternoon from 425-291-8404, no msg was left.

Got a call from 425-291-8404...Did not leave a message.  So I called the number back and removed my name from their DO NOT CALL List.  When I called back the number it never would say who it was that I called.

My call was from Rachel at card services (did not say which card) on March 5 at 1:37pm.  There were no problems with my card.  Calling to give me the opportunity to lower my interest rate to 6.9%.  Press 1 to talk with someone, press 2 to be removed from their call list.  I did neither.  Then, at 5:12pm same day, from 360.722.5911, I received a call from Rachel at card services, etc., etc.  Guess I need to search that number on Google next.

Automated message that I wasn't behind on my credit account but they wanted to give me  a wonderful opportunity for me to lower my interest rate to 6.9%.

Call just now, 4:32 pm CST. No message. Awesome.

Got a missed call on my cell from this 425-291-8404.  I googled this # and found alot of reports about this #.    I have no idea who it was that called and they did not leave a message.

Just wanted to say thanks for the other posts. You solved this number mystery for me.

I had a recorded message (which is ILLEGAL btw! if you get ANY recorded messages, the FTC wants you to report them - whether telemarketing OR collection, or otherwise - the gov't made it illegal to call people this way a year and a half go) telling me I had a wonderful oppurtunity to lower my interest rates, press 1 to continue press 2 to leave a message When I get these calls, I just let the phone ****, because it *****s up their call base - I know from others who get these calls that #2 is always full and will **** up on you anyways.  Report this to the FCC as well.

This Renton, Washington number called our house in Vancouver, British Columbia in the middle of the afternoon. I picked up the phone but didn't say anything, because those computerized dialing ma****es are voice triggered. ***ody was there.
