This phone number is calling to do fund raising for the Washington Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation. I have called the number.  It directs you to a customer service department that can answer questions, help you donate, or anything else related to the FOP. Also, there’s information on www.wafop.com . Plus, you can contact them there with any questions or requests.The FOP is doing a lot of really great things for Washington police officers and the people that call are trying to help them raise money so they can do even more good.

Well I have gotten calls from this number for months. I just went on thier website and emailed them to remove my number from thier data base. We will see what [email protected]

Tired of receiving these calls ALL through out the day. Each time they call it was from a new number. Looked up the contact information on the website and called the 800 number listed. Guess what? I got a nice human that was happy to remove my phone number from thier list. We will see if it works! She did mention that if they call back, to then call her and report it so she can follow up on her end. Try it.. its worth a ****! (800) 644-7207 is the number to call her at.

Well, I guess if you turn them down, they will keep calling until you do! I have received 1- 4 calls every day from this number for more than eight weeks. They don't even bother to speak anymore - thy just call and **** up, call and **** up, call and **** up. They don't even bother to disguise their caller ID. "Max", if this is legitimate, they would not employ these tactics.I have today reported them to my local Sheriff Department, the Washington Secretary of State, the Washington Attorney General and finally, the local media. By they way, if you look up their status on the Secretary of State website, you'll see that less than 20% of the money collected actually goes to the charity.

Same as the rest, I usually don't pick up.  Today, I got a call from 425-437-0***.  Someboday asked for "Smith" (my last name) - then just ***g up.  Tried calling the number back, and got hte FOP.  Held for severeal minutes for customer service, then was dumped into a mailbox that gave the message "you have reched the mailbox for extension 477 - this mailbox can not accept messages because it is full"..no way to contact these people.  Filing a complaint with the state A.G. office.

This number calls at all hours of the day and evening, any day of the week - very irritating. After reading some of the comments on this website, I checked the link above and did a search at the Better Business Bureau - the company, or charity, could not be found. I have filed a complaint.

calls early to late . . . very annoying!

This is a recording... and an obnoxious one at that.  First of all the ****s called my home at 8:45 at night waking up my baby which made my dog bark.  It's **** like this that keeps telephone manufacturing companies in business because all I wanted to do was chuck the phone in the toilet.  ****s.  If it's not a SCAM (which I imagine it is), then this company should be EMBARRASSED about their 'tactics' which completely lack TACT.  I'm so raging ****ed right now I'm going to do everything in my power to talk to a person at this number SOME DAY so that I can 'almost' donate money then fail to acknowledge that they are talking.  Oops.  By the way, I've gotten a call from this company at least 11 times since moving into my house in February.  BS!

I could say the same thing - I actually thought it was a recording because when I would say so****ing it was like the guy didn't even acknowledge it. I told him my son was a detective and we support law enforcement and he just kept asking me how to spell my name and thanks for my support.  I wouldn't spell my name and when he kept asking me over and over a***n I just ***g up.  Very very strange.  I felt like it was a recording or just someone who didn't listen to a thing I said.

called around 9pm.  Was asking for David.  I told them that there was no David at this number and they just ***g up on me.

I tell him that I work with law enforcement and already give much of my time to them and without missing a beat, the guy interrupts me and says how do you spell your first and last name? I said - did you hear what I was saying? I already work with law enforcement, he then says great then will 10 dollars be enough to contribute? I say once a***n, I WORK with Law enforcement! he then says ok thanks anyway. This is a SCAM.
