They have been calling my 10 yr old child's cell phone about 5 times a day, when I just called, I was told Ihad an at***ude and they would remove the number that surely my child had not had this number since birth...very rude and did not think they were doing anything wrong. in calling at least 5 times a day

Never leave voicemail.  RPM has been calling me from different numbers in different states almost daily, and several times a day. Very annoying!
