this number comes up they use other numbers to never leaves messages - according to others both number are bank of america _ I do not have any card through them - so why would they call me_ must be a scam or so****ing0

They called me 10 times in 24 hours, with no messages!! The 11th time they called they gave me this bogus 1-800 number to call. I have no idea who they are other than "card services" and none of my cards are delinquent.

Constantly calls leaves no message, when trying to find out who this is, I receive very rude treatment.

This number keeps calling my phone and they do not leave a message. I do not think this is Bank of America b/c this appears to be some for m of harrassment and I don't think or I would hope that a professional business like Bank of America would not perform such obnoxious acts.

Number 469.201.4312 calls my work line at least 4 times a day and ****s up once i answer.

keep calling for someone who does not live at my address. call several times a week. I regis**** with the do not call list last month they said it would take at least 3 months to be put in place.

This is an in house collection for Bank of America. I have called Bank Of America and reported how rued these people are. When I called the number back they ***g up on me when I asked if they were Bank of America????????I have never had a problem with the 800 # fo Bank Of America. I know that credit card compines are worried these days, but this FIA Card Servies does not represent Bank of America in a good way. What a shame, that people have to be put through this, don't talk to these people just call the 800 # and they will help you, and will be REALLY REALLY nice.

Someone called Kyle called from card services claiming that chnages had been made on my card and needed to speak with me. Bogus call!!!

This is NOT Bank of America.  Or somebody acting on their behalf to collect debt.  From what I read, they are always unprofessional and always get the wrong information.  How come they have the wrong information?  I know, because they are crooks using outdated information probably bought from crooks.

have them verify your information it IS Bank of America Card Services (or actually a collections group working for BofA). I asked them who they were and had them to verify my info including the amount owed.

they called my cell 4 times within an hour/i told my husband/he called and they wanted our account number/he said what account number ? so,,,don/t think its bank of america...because it's not! and never give out an account number...the lady said...are you mr.borscht and of course he's not, so then she says, Oh, we wont call you a***n...so i guess we'll see if that happens...

Don't be fools..all the numbers you mentioned are scam numbers...I promise you..i run data bank of these numbers...its a scam...dont give them ANY info!!!

Finally, I had to go to National Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov/) to complain to get it resolved.

I just called Bank of America myself, and was able to verify the information they gave (I was overdue for $15) was accurate.  THat number is not a scam believe it or not and I was convinced it was.

I am paying to Bank of America as agreeded, but at 8 am, noontime, and 8 p.m. Eastern time, this people are calling me to harass me, asking for more money. Harassing is de****able, is there a way to stop Bank of America ?
