They are calling my home and asking if we have activated a specific Card -they are trying to get the card number and additional details! They **** up when ny husband hands me the phone. Do not give them any information!

I just opened up a new account with bank if America. It appears they are trying to get you to add on services to your account.

They call me every single morning, waking me up before my alarm call. I have no answered it once, because when a new number that I don't have saved calls me, I let it go to voicemail, and if they don't leave one, they don't want to talk to me badly enough, and I don't answer until they decide to leave a voicemail. This number has yet to leave me a voicemail and I really just want them so stop calling me. :/ They even call on weekends.

It is B of A but they have been calling me at least 10 times a week for months. I opened an Alaska mileage plan credit card with them in Nov... Its been non stop since! My husband picked up the phone & asked they stop calling... I am on the do not call list too! It's harassment!

THIS NUMBER IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I've just reported this to Bank of America. It is a confirmed scam, and they are investigating it. This number "469-201-7025" called me at 7am this morning to say they are "Card Member Services". When I pressed them for a company name, since "Card Member Services" as a generic term, not a company name, they said they are with "FIA". FIA is an actual company, but this number is only using this other company's name ILLEGALLY> IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. My bank--Bank of America--confirmed that you should never give your info out over the phone. If this was legit, and it really was Bank of America, they would be able to look up your account with the last 4 digits only. And also, they would never be calling you unsolicited in the first place. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION OR YOU WILL BE A VICTIM OF THEFT. PLEASE REPORT THIS NUMBER TO YOUR BANK SO THEY CAN BEGIN THE INVESTIGATION TO SHUT THIS DOWN!!!!!!!

It is Bank of America, if you opened a new account or credit card with them they are calling to see if there is anything else they can sell you on, my best advice, just don't answer

This is one of many scammers fishing for information.  The "Do Not Call" list is meaningless.  I've registered all my phone numbers there on different occasions and still get this ****.Rather than ignore the calls, just answer it, and when a person tries talking to you, simply **** up.  It registers as a call to them, and it won't call you a***n.  That is how their computer dialing is set up.These people are a huge pain in the a**, and are law breakers.The "Do Not Call" list will never be successful because it is run by our bloated Government who can foul up a *********...

Got a call from this number, they left a blank voicemail, and it made me mad that i had to go thru the process to listen to the voicemail (silence) and delete it. I am on a no call registry.

I just called the above number and very pleasantly asked that they remove my parents from their list.  I told the nice lady that my dad is a retired guy with lots of time on his hands and a person who has called the state attorney general on other things.  I nicely told her that if this number shows up on their CID in a week that Dad will probably be reporting them and to save all parties trouble it would be in their best interest to stop calling them.  She wanted my parents or my name, address and phone for their reports... yeah, right!  I gave her only my parents #, which they obviously already have, and no other info.  Also used *67 so that my outgoing number was blocked.  We'll see...

I thought those robo dialers were now illegal?  This has been appearing on my parents' CID for weeks now, couple of times a day.  They've been on the do not call reg for ages too.  *******s!

go to www.fcc.gov and file a complaint on line. It will take time, but they will resolve it for you; if enough of you do it, it will move faster through the system.  Beware of 1-000-000-000; also 804-225-9092 both scams.

Called a few weeks ago multiple times, then stopped, then called 2 times in 2 days, usually in the morning or right around dinnertime.

This number has appeared on my caller ID several times - all at different hours of the day & evening.  I picked up once & there was silence.  I will not bother to pick up in future.

Someone called from this number and ***g up without leaving a message. The caller ID showed "FIA CARD SUCS" . So someone from FIA is making a sales call with that as their caller ID?

Here's an idea:  1) You can report this number to the AT&T annoyance call bureau at 1-800-348-8727. If enough people call and complain, AT&T has got to do so****ing about it - though I just called and they said I have to deal with it through my own carrier's annoyance call bureau (I'd call AT&T anyway- then your own phone company)2) Call these inconsiderate idiots (FIA) BACK! - dial *67 before their number to hide your own number, call back, get a real person - and tell them what you think of their illegal, annoying, harassing tactics.  If enough people do this, I imagine eventually they'll get the message.

Call came in at 4:00, my son answer, person asked if I was available.  My son said he would get my wife, and the person reply that they were a customer of mine (I am in sales but have never given out home number), when my wife picked up the phone they had ***g up.  Did *69 and got 469-201-7025

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone thanking me for banking with Bank of America (which I don't).  They claimed that I had a card with them from 2004.  They wanted to verify a billing address with me, that they supposedly sent the card to...in 2004?!  The address they listed didn't exist in 2004 and I didn't live there until 2006.  I was brusque with the woman and she ***g up on me.  Scary what people will try...

I have received several calls from this number at very late hours - after 10 p.m.  No one ever leaves a message.  I do not pick up unknown numbers.  I wonder how they got my cell phone number?!?

Called the number back. An automated message said it was Card Services and that if I had gotten a call from them it was for service reasons and not a sales attempt. It said to hold for the next available application specialist. Once a person was on the line, I told them I had gotten a call from their number. The woman acted as if she was looking up so****ing then says they were just calling to thank me for my business. I told her I don't do business with them, that I know whom all my credit card companies are and they aren't one. I told her I looked up the number on the internet and several websites report their number as a solicitor. I told her I wanted my number taken off their call list. We'll see if that happens.

I got a call from this number and they claim that i need to get my card up to date that is closed! what r you talking about they were pushy.very rude person I called the number back and had to go through 3 service reps before somebody could help me! then they just said sorry they would not call back since I was on a repayment plan anyway! what a crock! it is amazing no scary to no so many people has control of your personal info.!!!
