Finally managed to pick up and talk to someone. This call is from B of A's marketing. I told her to remove my name and number since it is on the Do Not Call list. She told me she would remove it from their list and also from the list they give out. They also call from

Calls constantly and either ****s up or doesn't talk. Caller id says FIA CARD SVCS. I am on the Do Not Call List but it doesn't seem to matter with this company.

Does anyone else think it's interesting that many of us receiving calls from this FIA Card Services/MBNA are BOA customers?  I received a call from this number today with FIA Card Services coming up on our caller ID.  We have been victims of iden***y theft/credit card misuse FOUR times in the past year.  I'm wondering now if being a BOA customer has anything to do with this - could this company have someone "on the inside" at BOA providing customer information?

Constant PM calls no one ever there shows FIA Card Services.

Have received calls for the last 3 days from this number. Called ID shows FIA Card Svcs. No intention of answering, no message left

Caller ID says MBNA, but message is not left on answering ma****e. On other calls, when I pick-up there is no answer. So what is their reason to call? I am on do not call list.

This number has called several times. Finally I answered it last night and they asked for me by my first name. I never go by that name, only my nickname. I read online later that this company is known for pretending to be Bank of America and tries to scam you for money. My caller ID id'd them as MBNA

Got a phone call from thes people tonight myself.  After that phone call I will be filing a police report.  Thanks for heads up.  So thankful I didnt give out any info.  Maybe if these people tried to find a job as hard as they try to scam people, they wouldnt need to be low down garbage thieves.

All it says on the called ID is Texas, but I googled it and it says FIA card services. It is very annoying and I don't want anything from this Co. They have been using other numbers such as

Claims to be calling from Bank of America and was wondering if I had received my card. Didn't sound trustworthy to me and I ***g up. It didn't make sense for me to receive any card in the recent past.

They call everyday about 6 times and just ****s up FIA card services

Called at 6:35pm EST. Asked for my husband by name. Wanted to know if he was in. He was but I said no and ***g up the phone. They did not call back on that day.

Called at 8:44 pm. We are on a Do Not Call List. They called a***n the next day at 12:17 pm and when I answered, they did not respond.

Received a call from Sandra Blair claiming to be from BOA asking for my wife.  I have warned her of not making marketing calls after 845pm. I asked for a return call number and her BOA Employee ID..and ***nck office location, she cannot give any info.  I **** up

Just received a call from someone claiming to be from Bank of America. Even though I didn't give him any pertinent information, once we ***g up I realized that our brief conversation produced a "yes" answer from me. This made me uneasy and upon resear****g the phone number came across all these other individuals concerned with the 469-201-6025. The other 2 numbers listed by Anthony K in Sept-08 have also showed up on my caller ID from time to time. They are 216-545-8328 & 834-234-7657. I further called BOA and gave them all 3 numbers, which they will turn over to their investigating unit. The BOA representative****ured me that because of regulations, they only make offers via US MAIL, never by phone or the internet.

They called and left an unintelligible voicemail message. I called them back and the first they do is ask for my "card number." I told them I will never give my card number to someone I do not know. I asked a series of questions, like where are you calling from (they said PA) and I determined that this is a likley scam operation. I called back several times - spoke to different representatives and they all had a slightly different story about why they called me and what they do for a living....so****ing like "we manage accounts" or "we service credit cards" never volunteering who they do it for. If they call you - **** up. If they call you a***n, **** a whistle in the phone AS LOUD AS YOU CAN. And I PRAY someone nails these people and they go to jail where they belong.

I just received a call from them, 5 minutes ago and did a reverse phone number look up that came up as FIA Card Services.  Then I googled "FIA Card Services" and found this site.  I don't ever answer numbers that I don't recognize and if the person doesn't leave a message, then to me it's not that important!  I am a victim of iden***y theft from 5 years ago and am curious to know how they found my number; especially since it's a cell# and on the DNC list.  Bank of America needs to stop this fraud act for the ones who are portraying to be a part of them.

Iden***y theft operation out of Texas. These are phone spammers that will ignore all do-not-call lists. The sweat shop is run out of Texas it seems and they are very persistent. They will also use these numbers in case you care to block them:216 545 8328 814 234 7657Be aware that these peoplehave been linked to iden***y theft and do not ever give them any information, even just to confirm. We had them identify themselves as part of Bank of America, which was a blatant lie as a follow-up with Bank of America revealed. They also will use aliases in the form of the long defunct MBNA or FIA credit card service.DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY WANT TO RIP YOU OFF!

Got a call from this number right after lunch today.  Name on callerid was TEXAS.  Didn't answer.  Left no message.  Any idea who it is?

I've gotten a call from this number two days in a row, but I don't have my cell with me during the day.  No message left on my voice mail.  I don't intend on answering it either.

My wife answered a call from this number and they asked for me by my first name. They would not give her any information when she asked what the call was about.
