Possible child predator and calling her name Caroline. When informed that she was texting a 14 year old child the person said so what. Child thought it was a classmates and has blocked the****ailant. Person did not even care if they were speaking to a officer and said find me. I stated that my name was officer Jackson and that I will be turning over information to the proper authorities if the text wasn't an error and they showed no remorse for doing so and said I'll be waiting.
