Leave a CommentI've been recieving 2-3 calls from this number monthly. I have asked to speak to a manager, but they refused.
At about 11:00 AM 4/7/2009, My wife received the phone call to lowere credit card interest and pressed one. My wife told the lady I was not home and she said "Okay." Yes****ay she received a similar call to lower credit card interest from 407 000 1919 and pressed 9 and rude man yelled at my wife to "shut up" when she told him I was not home. I reported this to www.donotcall.gov as well. We don't have any credit card balances either.

same thing, this number came in as "ca***a call", I answered thinking it was a ca***ian cousin, then heard an automated voice, we have information for you to lower your credit card interest rate; I ***g up...at least the daisy carpet calls stopped...
keep calling ,i tell to stop, not interesed.
I get calls from these people all the time. They always have a pre-recorded voice saying that this is my last chance and that they have tried to contact me many times. Then they say its my last chance to c****e my rates. I really dont know what I can do to get these people to stop.
Called about lowering credit card rate. Prompted me to press 1, a female rep came on and asked for my name... and then ***g up. I just don't get it.
Just received the same message by cell. They left no message. Thanks for the update.
Repeated unwanted calls about my credit cards. Call originates from New Brunswick. Automated voice recording asks you to press 1 if you answer to speak to someone about a lower interest rate, or leaves a message on phone if you're not home. I finally pressed 1. A man answered and asked if I wanted to talk about lowering my interest rates. I said I needed to be removed from their list immediately; instead of replying, he ***g up on me.
Similar automated call. When I talked to live person (claimed to be Michelle Henderson with a company called "Credit Services"), she claimed that the call was an offer to lower interest rates on VISA and MasterCharge cards for people with excellent payment histories. When I asked whether it was possible to request a rate c****e on my own instead of using her service--which I recently did with another company--she abandoned her script and yelled, "Go ahead! It'll ruin your credit, but you just go ahead and do it that way!"I asked for her name and she asked for mine, proving that she had no idea who she was calling or whether I in fact even have one of the credit cards involved in this phishing expedition. I talked to an alleged supervisor and said his employee had been rude and threatening toward me, and he said "I'll stand behind her." She rejoined the conversation, and a yelling match ensued until they ***g up. I'm reporting the number, company name and incident to my state attorney general's office in the morning.
Feb 20 2009un wanted call about my credit cards. recorded message. i am on the DO NOT CALL. call back to # says it is unassigned
Got an automated message to not **** up, but that I had been chosen to win a cruise to the Caribbean, to just press 9. Sounds too good to be true, and with all the scams out there now... I ***g up. When I checked out the number I couldn't find it in any directory.
