I have been getting this call for at least a year now and they will not remove me from their list, despite the message that I have been removed. Now I just push "1" and give the phone to my 2-year-old son. He thinks it's pretty cool.

I experienced the same call as Jim and John. I tried to call back the cell phone #NB on my caller ID and the phone number was no good. I informed my phone company and they had the same results. They recommended that I dial *60 report the number and call the National (do not call) registry) and list my phone number with them.

this people call me almost every day, with credit csrd low rates and car warranty exp pls tell me what to do icall FBI in put a complaint there

I don't know who this is. This number s****ing calling me 2 days ago. I tried to cal the number back and this number is not a working number

I have asked them to stop calling and they continue to call.  How do I make this stop?!?!?!!!!

I have received dozens of calls from this number over the last two months . ma****e answers with an urgent message about my credit card interest rates that are about to go up if i don't at now. pressing two does not appear to take you number off the list as advertised. they will keep calling you. pressing one connects with live female operator. asked to not be called a***n and she ***g up immediately.

PUSH ONE TO TALK TO RECEPTIONIST OR TWO TO BE REMOVED. I PUSHED TWO AND THEY CALLED BACK A***N IN THREE MINUETS. THIS TIME I PUSHED ONE AND A WOMAN (AMERICAN !) ANSWERED. IREQUESTED TO NOT CALL BUT SHE ***G UP AS SOON AS SHE GOT THE JIST OF OUR DISCUSSION. OBVIOUSLY WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK, THE NUMBER WAS NO GOOD.

"Hi, this is Amy from Consumer Services." Immediately pressing "2" get a message, "Your number has been removed." But they'll just call back from a different number.

Uses automatic ma****e to pester you with an offer to reduce rates on credit card. Says press 2 to opt out of future calls, but this does not work. They keep calling every week or two; even if you opt out numerous times.

Calls my house a few times a week...We do not answer... Judging from the complaint listed below it sounds like a phishing scam... Beware...

Wanted our Credit card number to try to lower the intrest rate. But who these days ask for your credit card number over the phone, and then when we asked them for there info and they gave us Bank Of Americas number and an invalid non-exsistence ext. of 1016. Just seems very SCAMMY!!!

Keeps calling my telephone but I refuse to answer.

Received a call from this number today concerning credit card interest rates.

Answering ma****e picked up; caller ***g up without leaving message.  This number has been calling, early evenings, for many months now, but has never left a message.
