This is a cash advance scam company know as cash advance America.  They will threaten you with physical harm in an attempt to extort money from you.  They will continue to call from different numbers with the same message.  I have reported them numerous times.  All you can do is tell them that you know it's a scam and most of the time this will stop the calls for awhile.  Good luck and hopefully someone will be able to finally get these guys to stop

These people did the same thing to me. Caller id will show different numbers at different times... sometimes even indicating a local number in my town, but each time they are the same firm. Their number is 510-936-1554. THey won't give me their company name or address. They are all foreign and it sounds like it's a calling "mill" with noise in background, everyone uses american names like James Parker, David Foster, Mike Smith, etc etc. I actually laugh at them when they call me. They say if I don't make payment arrangements they will have me arrested at my place of business. Any human with common sense knows they can't do this. Making threats or even saying someone can be arrested for not paying a debt is a crime. I owe ***ody anything. These people are criminals and I've tried and tried to get them stopped by filing claims with my State attorney general office and the FTC. No one can seem to help.

The caller is David Allen and his supervisor is Alex Green. The number on the caller id is 444-198. Yes they do have my peresonal information.  They threaten a lawsuit because I did not pay back a pay day loan.  ??????
