I just had the second call from them.  First they called and said my husband owed a debt and today called and said I do.  they threaten to call our employers even though I tell them that in the US all I have to do is tell them one time they cannot call our place of employement and they can't, they then s**** screaming at me telling me they can do whatever they want.  They actually told me they were going to put a hold on my ss number so I couldn't apply for any credit.  Was told that I owe 30,000 for a 200 payday loan that I took out years ago and repaid.  they are very skittish when I ask for the name of the payday loan company.  At the end of the call he told me that he feels sorry for me because I will now be arrested.  I told him that I don't know him and that if I owe money file a complaint a***nst me with our local courts and my husband and I will be happy to respond, of course I never get anything.  However, they do have personal info on me, I'm going to close my current bank account and re-open a new one.  This is a scam, about a year ago these kind of people called me three times, I was going through alot of depression at the time and had some old bills that I thought I had paid.  They said I didn't, in the end I paid out almost $1000 to them in three separate instances.  Each time I would ask for a receipt indicating that it was paid, got all kinds of excuses but never received.  I got a 4th call saying I owed $700,, I finally got smart and refused to pay, I was told that I would not receive my receipts for the other three payments until I paid the $700, never paid it.

Called and said they were filing a "pre-criminal compalint" regarding a debt.  i told the guy that I didn't owe any debt and ***g up on him.  I can't find any referrence to this company.  The guy said his name was David Miller and spoke with an Indian accent.  i will do the three way with the local police the next time they call and see where that goes

Hello, I am going through the same thing with this "company".  They know my address, place of employment, and my SS which makes me very nervous.  I have decided to report the number to my local police station and I suggest you do the same.  If I come across any ideas or any ways to help I will let you know.  Good Luck with this situation, just know that you are not going through it alone.

About a month ago, I s****ed receiving calls from this number and another number****ociated with this "compnay". I spoke with someone named Mike or Michael who is supposed to be an "attorney at law" and I keep getting messages from a lady named Carol Williams.  They told me that I was in some type of legal trouble for a payday loan that I took out and never repaid, they have all of my information (SS, address, place of employment) but everytime I tell them that I do not own an account with the bank they say the money was deposited to they **** up and when I call back they never answer.  I did go on this website called wefixmoney.com to apply for a payday loan not too long ago but I took the loan and repaid it the following week.  I am beginning to feel scared that some people I do not know and have never heard of have all of my information.  They are supposed to be sending me the affidavit and he said if I go to court I could be arrested for financial fruad, theft and so****ing else and I could pay over $4,000.00 and blah blah blah.  I think once they realize that you are on to their scam they get nervous and stop responding to your calls.  I feel so much better knowing that I am not the only person these people are trying to scam.  Are there any suggestions that anyone can offer to stop the calls? Should I just call my local police department and report it? Also, can anyone offer any suggestions on how I can keep my credit safe since they know so much about me?

I got a call from a guy named David Miller and he said I owe for a payday loan.  He had all my personal information which is very scary.  I never have taken any payday loans so I think someone has stolen my iden***y.  When I told him I think I need to call the police over this he said only the FBI can contact him & he ***g up on me.

I keepgetting calls from this number510-936-6765. They have me so upset around christmas.

ok, so i got the same thing and they are harassing my work mates saying the exact same thing as all the above except they actually took money out of my account.  I am in the process of trying to find out who they are.  If anyone finds out please send a message here.  I would like to network with some of you that had the same problem to fix this cause they somehow got me....  All people that are getting these calls please file a police report!!!!!!

I just got a 2 calls from them today.  A woman named Karen said I or my attorney needed to call back as soon as I got the message.  She has an accent.  She told me if I did not call back today, then she wished me good luck with how the situation unfolded in the future.  I just read some of the messages, and I will not be calling back.  She did not even leave any information about the company she represented.  Most places that are legitimate companies or bill collectors do leave their company name and who they represent when they call.

I just got the same call.  I made them aware that I knew this was a scam and they ***g up.  But I am cobcern that they had my full SSN and routing number to my bank.

I have also been receiving a call, I asked for information to be faxed and when it was stuff was misspelled. When i called the number on the fax, there was no answer. I get the constant calls as well and has experienced the screaming. I asked for information and they said it was on a certain day and certain amount, i researched and advised them of none. I have been ignoring them, at first I was worried, but as I researched more, i realized it is possibly a scam.

i got that call and he said his name was Byrant jones and that i owed 400 today or they was suing me for 5000 and fraud said he was from us loan new all my info down to my place of work i look up the num and asked him for his att id num and he ***g up on me so i called the att gen and the bbb and call to get my credit report sent to me who now what they can do wit our info

*****, this Mike Robinson had my whole ssn.  Said he was from Jaffe & Jaffe Law firm and the Senior Attorney's name is Jeff Morgan.  He gave me an email address:  jeff.morg****awyers.com.  I on my way to e-mailing them to see what happens.  Thanks everybody, made me feel better 1 week before Christmas.

I keep getting calls from this # and a mike robinson supposedly an attorney, about a law suit being filed a***nst me. Its a scam. if i'm being tracked by my ssn, why can't they tell me what it is?

I just received two calls just today threatening a law suit from 5000.00 to 30000.00 because of a 300.00 loan. When I asked who they were representing, they (she, Karen Williams) could not give me that information. When i asked to speak with someone in charge she gave me to another man who began yelling at me and threatening me. They are both middle eastern. It completely freaked me out. I called the payday loan company that I have and they informed me that it is a scam and as long as I did not give them any information I would be fine. They already seemed to have so much information already. BE CAREFUL. They also kept asking me for my attorney. When I tried to give them a bankrupcty atty they did not want it.

**** is this the season for telemarketing scams. I got a call a few minutes ago. and google this number I also got a call for my wife on my job with the same 510 area code. this made me google the two numbers. I don't owe anybody any money i took out a payday loan 2 weeks ago and all of these calls s****ed I paid off the payday loan. I don't know but I wish they stop this and hope there is a law a***nst this. I am going to take your advise and 3 way them with my local police on the line. I tried to call back but I am getting all circuits are busy. Thanks a***n

I have been getting alot of call from this number a week before thanksgiving. The guy calls and says he is mark robinson or mike robinson. (cant tell he has a indian accent) says I owe on a loan and wanted me to send 768.00 to him with my VISA card. Either over the phone or by fax. Told me to fax my I.D, S.S num., address and phone number to him. Or it wound be over 3000.00. And I would go to prision. He calls me at work and on my cell. 5 or more times a day. Just today he called me 11 times. The number is always unknow at first it showed his number now it is blocked. He tells me to f.... Off calls me bi... And so much more. My last call I answered from him. He was saying what he would do to me ***ually and making *** noises and how I was gonna do some GROSS stuff to his.... Yeah thingy. So while I was listening to him I called my local police and they heard some of the rud, gross stuff he was saying. And when I s****ed telling the cop what was going on he ***g up on me. And when he ***g up on me it ***g up on the cops. The police helped me get a number to call to report them. I advise anyone that gets a call from them. To 3way it with ur local police let them hear what is sayed they will get you to the right place

I received 2 voicemails from this number, well actually another number with this number as a return number.  When we called back they had ALOT of personal information about us and said we were being sued.  He even threatened that my husband would get arrested if he didn't pay the money.  They wanted us to pay 950.00 over the phone amd then the matter would be resolved.  They were trying to tell us that they had a complaint from a payday loan sometime back that we never repayed.  Well we never even got a payday loan.  When we asked the date we supposedly got this loan they did not know.  Don't believe them, it's a scam and they just want your money!

These people also called me saying they have a complaint a***nst my social security number, and also saying this is a very serious matter and to have my lawyer call them. They never say who they are or what it's for and I have never received anything in writing, I think it's nothing but a huge scam, and wish they would all get arrested.
