This is a cash advance scam company know as cash advance America.  They will threaten you with physical harm in an attempt to extort money from you.  They will continue to call from different numbers with the same message.  I have reported them numerous times.  All you can do is tell them that you know it's a scam and most of the time this will stop the calls for awhile.  Good luck and hopefully someone will be able to finally get these guys to stop

someone named Robin Taylor (very heavy foreing accent) called and left message that I needed to call about my Social Security number ???

I just had the second call from them.  First they called and said my husband owed a debt and today called and said I do.  they threaten to call our employers even though I tell them that in the US all I have to do is tell them one time they cannot call our place of employement and they can't, they then s**** screaming at me telling me they can do whatever they want.  They actually told me they were going to put a hold on my ss number so I couldn't apply for any credit.  Was told that I owe 30,000 for a 200 payday loan that I took out years ago and repaid.  they are very skittish when I ask for the name of the payday loan company.  At the end of the call he told me that he feels sorry for me because I will now be arrested.  I told him that I don't know him and that if I owe money file a complaint a***nst me with our local courts and my husband and I will be happy to respond, of course I never get anything.  However, they do have personal info on me, I'm going to close my current bank account and re-open a new one.  This is a scam, about a year ago these kind of people called me three times, I was going through alot of depression at the time and had some old bills that I thought I had paid.  They said I didn't, in the end I paid out almost $1000 to them in three separate instances.  Each time I would ask for a receipt indicating that it was paid, got all kinds of excuses but never received.  I got a 4th call saying I owed $700,, I finally got smart and refused to pay, I was told that I would not receive my receipts for the other three payments until I paid the $700, never paid it.

YES I GOT THIS CALLS TOO INFACT HIS NAME IS ROBIN TAYLOR, VERY INTIMIDATING UNTIL I REALIZED THIS IS  A SCAM . SAME THING HE MENTIONNED ABOUT TAKING ME TO COURT, THEY WILL DO SOMTHING WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY. I EVEN BUY INTO IT AND GAVE MY CARD # BUT GUESS WHAT BODY I KNOW WHO YOU ARE YOU ARE AN INVESTMENT COMPANY IN TEXAS AND PLACED THE MONEY YOU TOOK FROM ME.  I ALREADY FILED A REPORT TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, DOJ AND CHP. BE CAREFUL ALSO THEY IS ANOTHEER GROUP WITH THE TEL # OF 206-316-8320 "THEY CALL THEMSELVES OFFICER"I HOPE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE READING THIS IT IS A SCAMMMMMMMMMM DO NOT BE AFRAID.

got the message today from John Smith at 510-936-6535 i refused to give any information to the person who answered i asked who they were: "federal crime investigation department"

Has anyone received harassing calls from this number? No idea who it is as they won't identify themselves. Just say so****ing to the effect that they work for a law firm and a lawsuit has been filed a***nst me and if I don't call them to find out what it is about in the next couple of days the "authorities" will come to my work place and take me into custody. Which is a joke since a lawsuit would be so****ing civil not criminal. All I can figure is that it is some bottom feeding debt collector. The phone number is in California and I am on the east coast which makes it more unusual. No idea what it is about but I would like to report them if anyone can figure out who they are

i just received a call from this number threatening some type of legal action.. I immediately searched the number and found this page. I called him back but the phone does not ring. This totally has to be a scam but now he is calling both work and cell #.

This number contacted me at work stating that I would have legal troubles should I not returnt he call.  The individual was very difficult to understand.  The number can not be located and appears to be some sort of disposable cell.  Do not take them seriously!

I got a phone call from this number at work. He said his name is James Brown with heavy indian accent, and he sounded like the indian guy called me the other day name Nick Brown. I had contacted Federal Department of Credit Union, and he said this is a scam. He said it's better to file a police report. Too many a**hole out there try to hurt innocent people. I'm so sick of this.

Says his name is Daniel ***ter and he works for First step Attorneys. Says that he needs to speak to your attorney about a lawsuit because you are being sued. Leaves voicemails about God help you because your going to need it if you don't call back. Speaks in thick Indian accent. Called many times and cursed at me when I answered.
