Somebody cut this phone line...
Erick Ha! I finally figured out a way to stop these multiple, constant, annoying phone calls! Just call 866-246-7196 give the caller's and receiver's phone number. They check if the caller's phone number is on their list they provide service for and added the receiving phone number to the do not call list. Within the 1-2 business days for processing, and yes, the calls stopped.

If you get a call from these scam artists, please report them -- to the FCC, your state's attorney general, even the FBI -- anyone and everyone. The only way to stop them is to report them EVERY TIME they behave in the illegal manner the are behaving in. Whatever you do, do not give them any information or money.
It is ILLEGAL for anyone to threaten jail for ANY debt including default payday loan checks, it is ILLEGAL for the agency to tell anyone ELSE that they are coming after you (you friends, relatives, boss, etc.) and it is ILLEGAL for them to keep calling when you have asked the Company to stop. As it turns out, I've READ the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I know that payday loan checks do NOT count as "bad checks" because the PDL company knew you didn't have the money when they accepted the check. (Google it yourself - page 20 of the do***ent.)
They keep calling me threating me and with warrants and I refuse to talk to them
Try to settle for half of what you owe, I did that and they agreed. Eventhough I didn't owe them the amount they were asking for but I just wanted all these Phone calls to stop.
