This is a scammer, pretends to be with CSBG. Tells you you have won a block grant for thousands of$. Then in order to get it , pay 500$ for Fedex . Then once you pay another 500$ fee for do***ents.. A block grant does not charge any kind of fees. Also you request the grant, its not so****ing you win.
