We receive a call almost everyday from this number. They do not leave a message and when I've answered the phone, no one will respond.

Yes we keep getting a call from 5138982398 they leave no messages nor do they answer when i pick my phone up. im over it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get this call all the time!I crossed referenced the number here to find out it came from Level 3 Communications. I called Level 3 Communications to find out the number comes from Nuvox (www.nuvox.com) their website says Windstream and ends up being www.windstream.com. Number is 417-877-4700 (level 3 Communications gave me) or 866-445-5882 (as listed on their website). They seem to be some kind of telephone service? Im in Cincinnati, Ohio and we have the 513 area code and have are own phone service locally. not sure why they would call and **** up and when you call back that number doesnt exist. I am calling them tommorow to find out what they want!Hope this helps everyone!

They are for profit telemarkers misrepresenting themselves as law enforcement officers all over  to collect money for a non-profit organization.  Contact the State Attorney's Office and complain so they will shut them down.  The calls are coming from Telecom

called said "Ohio" call on Phone read out.  Picked it up said my name and ***g up.  Seemed they were trying to identify who number belongs to.

Received a call from Amanda, telling me that she was calling to confirm my voucher for my cruise that I had signed up for.  She said she was from Smart Travel.  I called her a liar, that I had NOT signed up for a cruise, asked her if she really enjoyed scamming people, and to never call a***n!

Just received a call from this number. He said he was calling for the Hamilton County Highway Patrol asking for donations to help the kids. He listed some of the activities.  I told him I have been out of work for almost three years.  He said he understood, but could I give $10.  I reluctently said yes. He will be sending a return envelope with a Columbus, Ohio address, and a patrol patch in the mail in two to three days.  As soon as I ***g up I called the Hamilton County Highway Patrol.  I talked to two officers and neither were aware of this campaign for the Highway Patrol. One officer tried the phone number I took off of my caller I.D. and the number was out of service.  She instructed me to call another officer and phone number as soon as I receive the envelope.

Mishka Caller continues to call back. I answer and they don't. I call back but get recording that it is not a working number...***!

I answered...they ***g up.  Called back right away...got a recorded message that said "This number is no longer in service"...

Says calling "on behalf of Ohio State Troopers."  Bogus charity pretending to be law enforcement and using intimidating tactics to get a donation.  Ask to be put on do not call list.

I continue to get many calls weekly from the 513-898 exc****e with various numbers but always beginning with 513-898.  It appears to be from a land line in Cincy Oh.  Usually they don't say anything if I answer, but I can hear 'office' noises in the background of many people making calls.  A couple of times they actually said my name really loud and then ***g up!  I believe they are 'testing' for times that people are usually home to make more calls in the future.  I have a Panasonic ***nd phone so I finally just block all their numbers.  Eventually they will tire of not getting a response of any kind.

Phone rings. Caller ID says (513) 898-8513. Answer. Male says my name then cuts off. This is probably a telephone solicitor. While the first number is ringing, they dial a second number. If the first number answers, they cut off the second.

just got a call from this number. didn't pick it up, but called it back and there's a recording that said this number has been disconnected. nice. this is why i don't pick up the phone.

This number has called in the evenings for the last week or so.  When I answer the phone it ****s up on me.  I tried calling it back, but a recording says the number is out of service.  Very annoying!

I called the number back. I questioned the caller. He asked me if I have business with either Lowes or Chevron. He wouldn't explain anything more. Its either a sales call or a collection call. I do not have a credit account with either company so either some how they got my number or they are calling to sell so****ing.

Debt collector

This number keeps calling numerous times.  They have been told not to continue calling but they still call all hours of the day!!!!!!!!!1  I've requested to be put on the DO NOT CALL LIST but was told that won't happen ever.

This number was on my caller ID.  When I called back, said it was not in service.

I get a call from this number daily. They never leave a name. I have been getting a call from 513-898-1964 & 513-898-1956 for over a month. I have been have a problem finding out who the calls come from and why I am getting them. They always call my cell phone. It is very annoying.

I received harassing calls from this number today after having received calls from unidentified number.
