ginny They called my number and said "so ******!" Who is this????

Got two calls on my cell from 516-345-2005 saying my master (or maybe Chase) card account has been locked and to press 1 to reactivate it. I ***g up.

get morning calls from this number, after 3 rings they **** up.I've called back and a recording says this # is disconnected.

I have received two phone calls already from a man named Andy and another named Robert (both being the same person I believe).  They state that they are calling from American Legal Services.  State I took a loan from cash net and never paid it back.  They threatened to have the police come the next morning to my house if I don't settle out of court. I knew that it was a scam because I never took a loan from cash net and I know I never received money from cash net into my account as they stated.  I kept asking for details to see their reactions and they stated that they were not a collection agency but then a***n they are asking me to settle today out of court by making a payment.  I told them to call the police and send them to my home that, that would be great.
