James L. They pretend to be a debt collecting agency then they try to sell you their credit repair services. This shady company keeps you on the phone inquiring about your debt. Then, they tell you that they can repair your credit and increase your credit score for a fee. I ***g up on them. Beware !!! Caller: PCB DEBT COLLECTIONS (FAKE) ......IT'S A SCAM !!

Who is this
Yea you probably are one of those scammers too I got a call from this Allan J and trust me I never got no online payday loan so if they lend some one money using my email then they need to look at which bank account they sent it to cause I never got no money.
Received call this morning. Said it was Officer Sam Nelson with the Financial Crimes Unit. There was a compalint pending a***nst my name. Extremely time sensitive in order to protect my SS #. Call me back. Very threatening and intimidating call.
Ys, "Ryan Smith" (obviously NOT his given name based on the accent and lack of appropriate grammar and decorum, called my work number and left a voicemail regarding a "dire predicament" that I was to "return my call to 516-833-3218 with my attorney of record the very second I receive this message".Therse peopel are unbelievable and relentless. I could also hear a large number of voices in the background with the same accent reading the same script ot obviously speaking with people about the same thing.UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My family rec'd the same call from the same person (Mike Owens) saying he was from Publisher's Clearing House. SCAM.
wasted inquiry

I just received a call from this****. He used the name Patrick Davis and said CashNetUSA are suing me for not paying them. What a bunch of BS!!! I never dealt with that company before. This is complete nonsense and I hope so****ing gets done about these scam artists.
I live in Kentucky, and this very same man has continued to harrass me. He states i am goin to jail if i dont pay a loan. After I got very aggressive with him he called me a MF and ***g up the phone. The number seems to be coming from New York area. A verizon landline. He must have hacked into the internet to obtain people's info. Im trying to figure out what his intentions are other than collecting money. He had all my information. I am sooo ****ed that these foreigners come over here and harrass americans.it's sad. And nothing is ever done until so****ing bad happens..

Nicole They call me too! From all sorts of numbers. Claiming they are an "officer of the law" with some sort of indian accent and that there will be police officers coming to arrest me with all these bogus charges a***nst me on a phony payday loan that I supposedly had... they even had names of friends that I have previously used as referrences on other things. They've even called me back after I **** up calling me a "b*tch" and "****** lady... that's all you are is a ****** worthless lady" and one even said "i will track you down and kick your a**" I called the FTC and our state's Attorney General and they both said it's a scam and the only thing I can do is c****e my number or **** up as soon as I realize it's them and not to give them money. They also gave me a list of information that would help determine the difference between a real debt collector and a scammer. A debt collector HAS to send you a written notification with in 5 business days of the first contact. Also, a debt collecting agency and officer CANNOT make ANY sort of threats a***nst you whatsoever... not even to garnish wages. If they do so and it is reported, they can receive fines s****ing at $10,000. My husband is in the military so we can't just c****e our phone numbers, there are way too many people we would have to notify, so we contacted our cell phone providers and downloaded a phone number blocking program and add those numbers to the list as they call. They stop calling for a while but eventually find a number that isn't on the list.
