I had written earlier (above) I remembered I belong to the do not call register, so I went there and filed a complaint a***nst this number and company so hopeful they will get stopped.. this should not be happening to all of us,law abiding citizens of united states.   mary

I received the call from 517-931-2763  after 3 calls on my i.d. saying order conformation I answered, the female caller first said  my first name I said yes then she had my visa card number and gave me the last 4 numbers and I said so ,well she then said she needed to verify my address and s****ed saying my address (she had it all and then i began to get su****ious) I said to her I am not verifying anything to you and I have not ordered any thing so I am ****ing up and not talking to you, and I did **** up I then called my visa card co. and ask if they had called me then I was told no there was not anything going on that they should call. SO MY ADVISE IS call your card company immediately. I got charged from a company that I had gotten a call from trying to sell so****ing to me and I said no way I am not buying from you anything. Then I began to feel like I had gotten scamed and so I CALLED MY CARD CO AND SURE ENOUGH HE HAD CHARGED ME $99.00 for so****ing I had no idea what so my charge company worked with me and we got the charge removed. This is very disturbing, also when we get our statement from the card company they always state your last 4 numbers and people can get that without any trouble and then use it. they take you by suprise and use the last 4 numbers to s**** thier conversation and go from there. but that does not end it as in my situation they charged me anyway, SO CALL YOUR CHARGE CO. AND REPORT IT AND KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR CALL AND NUMBER IF YOU HAVE I.D AND THE DATE IF YOU GET CHARGED AND SCAMMED.   MARY

Claim you ordered so****ing.... do not answer.... scam!

They have also called me, but another number is calling, and when I call that number back, I get the same message about wanting to confirm my order. 619-980-1152.. this is annoying & creepy.

Called number back, ma****e answered about "confirming my order"?  So I stated here's a new Order, Don't callhere a***n".  For those reading this message "If your tired of waiting for hot water in your home, install a RedyTemp and optimize your water heater.  You'll never have to wait for hot water a***n!"

I think it is Kohl's .. credit card management.

Okay. Now I'm worried.  I have rec'd a dozen calls from this number.  I had to find out who in the world was calling so I called them back! All I got was a recording saying that I have ordered so****ing from them and they need to confirm with me.  I haven't ordered anything.  Does this mean they have my info. I had so****ing like this happen to me already and they were able to charge my bank account for 90.00 dollars.  What can I do about this?

you can report them to the fcc at fcc.gov.. they have an online form 1088.

these people called me a total of 17 times within a 33 minute time frame...told me my last 4 digits of my card.....very shady people......gonna figure out what to do now about it...

I got 3 calls from them today on my cell phone... I have stopped answering the phone if no caller id shows up so i didn't answer... but if they are calling me does that mean they already have my credit card info? should I cancel the card? I had my wallet stolen a few months ago and I canceled all my credit cards then so I really don't want to have to have another card issued if it isn't really necessary... but do you think I should?

These people called and ***g up over a dozen times during the past three days.  Each time there was dead silence on the other end of the line when I picked up.  They interrupted our other phone calls with their calls.Today, while I was out of the house, a person called five times asking my wife if I was there.  She asked why they kept calling and they denied calling us at all (which is not true as our caller ID showed over a dozen calls).  She asked them what they wanted and they said I had charged so****ing on our VISA and wanted to talk to me about it.They called just after I got home tonight, so I talked with them.  They said that I had charged so****ing with one of their partner companies and because of that, they wanted to send me a $120 gas card.  Then they asked for my address.  I refused to give it.  They said they already had it and recited it correctly to *****en they said that I had charged so****ing to my VISA and gave me the last 4 digits of my charge card.  Here is where it got interesting.  That card had just gotten cancelled by VISA's fraud department because of charges made to it by a fradulant European Company (who knows how they got the number), but VISA knew who they were and immediately cancelled and re-issued a new card.SO, these people had just gotten a hold of a card number with my address and name and were looking for a way to cheat me.
