I declined this call, it is an unsolicited, unwanted caller from upstate NY. I believe other reports that it is a scam.

BLN Calls numerous times per day and never leaves a message.

A robot dialer from Go Green energy. After answering and getting dead air for about 90 seconds, a foreign accent comes on asking me if I want to upgrade my energy to the greenest, cleanest energy. They have now called 4 times in 4 days. I am in the Do Not Call registry which obviously means nothing to these spammers probably fishing for credit card numbers.

Texted me today, about the emerald card with h and r block! scam!
