I have been experiencing the same problem.  That number (518-485-7529) has been repeatedly calling my house.  When I answer, there is ***ody on the line, and when I **** up it calls me back.P.S. - I am not waiting for unemployment, so I would not get your hopes up.

They called me but did not leave a message. I am currently collecting unemployment, and have applied for their 599 program and waiting for a decision. I was hoping that it was their special programs department. I have been constantly calling back but I keep getting a busy signal.
