It s****s with a prerecorded message that your case file needs to be reviewed, then you are instructed to press 1 to speak to a federal agent, when you press 1 someone live comes on with a foreign accent and s****s to ask for information, if you ask what this pertains to or what this is about, you gat cursed at and they **** up. If you call the number you get a recording saying the number is not in service

MrJLR We have conflicting stories of scammers as well as the NYS Dept of Labor (or other NY government agency) switchboard. If it was from the NYS DOL the caller should be fired for not leaving a message, and then fire their supervisor for not training their subordinate, or at the least for not "supervising" their subordinate on how to do their job properly. If it wasn't, then oh well, that's what Caller ID is for, to screen those numbers I know and for everyone else to leave a message so that I can have enough time to research your number using websites like this so I don't waste my time with your useless a**.

we faxed to a wrong number.  need to know where we faxed it to 518-457-9842

I have been experiencing the same problem.  That number (518-485-7529) has been repeatedly calling my house.  When I answer, there is ***ody on the line, and when I **** up it calls me back.P.S. - I am not waiting for unemployment, so I would not get your hopes up.

ej same here...they called up but didnt leave a message and i called up twice it was busy. huh!
