This number and multiple similar numbers all from the same location. They leave dead air voicemail. When I answer they say*****o 10 times and you can hear other marketers in the background. I block and another number calls.

This number is not a valid number (as of the day of this territory). It is being s****ed by unknown spammers calling mobile numbers with the same zip and prefix, in hopes of tricking then into answering. I get at least two of these calls a week.
