same call as KD

Voicemail from Kay Halloway from the "promotional department of KJA".  Told to call 800-965-1677 in order to claim my prize which was 2 RT tix departing PHL to my choice of 4 cities, incl. hotel accomodations.  All other sites show this is a scam.  Do not call back.  If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

They are selling vacations.

Don't feel like driving all the way there if its a scam.  Is there no one who will go to check this out? Any katy, tx. people close to there? I'll keep checking to see if anyone can confirm its a scam or what.

I got the same call, and I also suspect a scam. But I have to say that nothing I see posted here gives any proof that it is a scam. The number is from San Jose ca, so the "fake" tx address is confusing. What, exactly do you all think the scam is?

I received a phonecall from this number around 5pm today.  Actually didn't sound like a recording at first, and tried to talk to the person! I've entered a lot of contests lately, but this didn't sound legit from the get go.  The address doesn't even exist!

I also received a call from Layla with Inner Island Promotions saying I won 2 Tickets for a cruise out of Galveston. To please call 1-800-965-1677 to redeem my cruise packet.  I never entered a contest nor gave out my cell number.

same as everyone else. Voice mail was a pre-recorded message from Leila from Inner Island Promotions saying I won 2 Tickets for a cruise. Said it was a result of some entry I'd made at some trade show.

I got a call on my cell from this recording. Some internet business sell your info when you fill out online info.

I got the same call and I am ashamed to say I almost went to a crystal lake address to receive my confirmation. I did give out my phone #. I am also worried about a phone bill scam now.Any further info on Interisland Promotions is much appreciated.ThanksCory

I think that this is scam cause I don't give my number out and when it said that my info said I was at least 28 I found that funny cause I'm 24. So some big line of **** to get people to fall for their scam.

I received a phone call from JKA. Said I won two free boarding p***** on Carnival Cruise out of Galveston. It was an automated message that needed me to press one several times to move through the messages and tell them my name and a time slot that would work to pick up the tickets in Katy, TX.  Concerned now that it may be a phone billing scam by pressing one.

Saw this on the caller id of my cell and didnt recognize it. Used Google to get some info. Glad these comments were here. Not that I was gonna call anyway, but it's good to know it was a scam call.

We both got calls on our different cell phones telling us we won two airline tickets from Chicago to Miami and a 4 day / 3 night cruise.  Haven't called back.  We have no idea how they got our cell phone numbers because we NEVER give them out.

Got a prerecorded message today from JKA. Said a "family member entered my name" in a drawing and my name was picked. Won 2 free tickets to cozumel on at 4 day 5 night cruise out of Galveston. I was asked to press 1 to redeem. I ***g up.

I got a call from Maggie with the promotional services department of JKA that i won two tickets and it was an automated message that needed me to press one several times to move through the messages and tell them my name and a time slot that would work to pick up the tickets in Katy, TX.  Maggie called back and left a message with our names about picking up the tickets and a confirmation code.

I just got a call from Layla at this number for the same cruise out of galveston.  I hate these types of calls....  Glad this website exists so I know not to call them back!

I also received a phone call stating that I won two tickets for a Carnival Cruise departing out of Galveston. Probably a scam!

Received a call stating a won 2 free tiks to cozumel on at 4 day 5 night cruise. In order to redeem I have to go to some preview off of 810 s highway Katy, Texas 77079 - However address doesn't exist on google maps or mapquest.
