The number 562-289-8130- is an illegal telemarketer from California. The guy who called me was named Scott Freeman. SLICK telemarketer wanted to reduce my credit card rate, get all sorts of info.I knew it was a scam, but engaged him in conversation to see how far they would go.The guy spoke so fast, it was dizzying. I told him that if this is a scam, I will report him to the Federal Trade commision, which I just did.I am personally sick of these predatory peices of S**T preying on the general public.....Wake up America.  NO ONE is going to 'help' with in any kind of debt consolidation, lowering an intrest rate, etc..... The responsibility lies in the American people to live within thier respective means and what thier respective incomes allow for, THAT'S IT !!!Godd Luck- and do not give out your info.....it is a SCAM  !!!

When I called back, I asked to be put on the do not call list and the young man at the other end was incredibly snotty to me.  Very unprofessional.  I called back to report him and didn't get the same menu.  I only got a message saying to press "1" if I wanted to be placed on the do not call list but there was no option to speak to a live person to report him.

Same thing for me.  Really tired of the idiots.  I did get a guy though. When I told him to remove my # he said hold on. Usually they just **** up on me.  He came back & said I was removed.  Yeah, right.  On the registry list too. So what? They usually call for about 3 weeks, stop & then s**** a***n after about a month.  Horrible people.

He just called me today at 12:03.  I am on a do-not call.  He obvously does not care

Got a call from this number, it also had another number pop up on my caller ID..407-718-8366. It said so****ing about pressing 9 if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I don't have a credit card. I pressed 9 so I could speak to a live person and tell them to remove my number and that I'm on the National Do Not Call list but it ***g up on me. It's difficult to talk to anyone.It's definitely some sort of scam. Watch out!!

Called my cell... No message. Ignored call when my friend said he'd gotten same stuff as y'all have here.

Called my cell phone, when I answered a recording from "Rachel" about lowering my interest rates. I pressed 1 after the message and immediately got a live person who asked if I wanted to lower my credit card interest.  I said "Who are you?" and the woman said "do you have a Master card or Visa". I said a***n "Who are you?" and she ***g up. Rude and annoying.

Called my cell phone.  Did a search and came up with this site.

This number has called at least once a week. the record either says, lower interest rate, so****ing about car insurance, or some other b.s.

Same thing happened to me too.  Called me, and when I dialed one to talk to the operator, she asked if I was calling in regards to the interest rate.  When I told her they were calling my cell phone and I wanted them to stop calling my phone she ***g up.  I called the number right back and a message said to be put on our do not call list please press one.  I pressed one and the message said "thank you" so hopefully this will work.  I would try it out!  They called me in regards to lowering an interest rate on my card.  ****** scammers...

Automated ma****e called my cell to offer a program to lower my credit card interest rate. When I held for a person the ***g up when I asked them to remove my number from their list.

received call from 562-289-8130 on cell phone.  When I picked up I got a ma****e telling me to press a ****on if I wanted to drop the interest rate on my account. I called back and got a ma****e saying to hit another ****on if I wanted on the do not call list.  caller never identified self.

Called back phone #. Recording states, after long silence, "call cannot be answered." Recording does not identify who makes unsolicited call. Personal phone showed ID.

They called my cell 6 times over 2 weeks, telling me that the waranty on my car expired which is funny because I don't own a car

that number has called my cell 6 times from 01.23.08 to 01.26.08...

Telemarketing of some sort.  DID NOT PICK UP.

Called this # back and it seems to be a mortgage company Calling themselves "Mortgage Services".
