Some person called stating I took a payday loan from America Payday Loan and that they are suing me. That police will show up at my home and job. I did my research and found out this is nothing but a scam. But the funny thing is they did not ask for no money. But i knew I never took a payday but I did apply for one. But what makes me upset is that they have my information. Is there anything i can do about this?

Say they are from Baker and McKenzie about debt. Sound like one of those phoney people trying to collect old debts
