It's a scam claiming to be the irs. News flash people, the irs don't call you on the phone. The mail you either a certify or register letter.

Tyrone Biggums Scammer - this person attempts the rental scam by posting fake properties on popular rental sites, all the amenities, very low rent (compared to area), then strings you along with a bunch of BS to get you to bite and pay a security deposit and 1st month rent in order to secure the property before viewing. alias - Donald Hull IP Trace reveals person(s) involved reside here: 8634 NW 120th St,****win, KS 67123, USA Somebody do us all a favor and pay these people a visit.

john I am so **** sick of these people calling telling me I'm going to jail if I dont pay them. Unfortuneatly I fell for this one time. I know shame on me but I was not in my correct frame of mind at the time. I will not fall for this a***n and please don't you either. Tell them your gonna record the call get their address, name, and Phone number if they say no then **** up even the playing field.

these people keep calliing me and harrassing me and telling me they are gonna put me in jail if i dont pay them over 600.00 at time of call and if i dont it goes up to 12,000.00 they are calling people to scam for money. some how they have gotten some of my personal info, like my work and have threatened them

TOTAL SCAM!! They called saying we were being sued for a loan that we never got! They threaten to send people to my home and my job. Even verified with loan company and bank that money was never recieved.. Be careful. don't let them scare you! they are frauds!

Eric Anderson Have gotten multiple calls claiming that they are "James Smith" or "Attorney Samuel Bishop" (HEAVY ASIAN ACCENTS) and that I am being sued due to a Pay Day Loan that has not been paid back. They then threaten that the local police/sherriff is going to come arrest me, etc. I have filed a complaint with the FCC every time they make contact with me and the FCC is VERY aware of what this group is trying to do. In getting more information for the FCC complaint I tried to get an address so that I could mail them the money, and they refused to give one stating that I must buy a prepaid money pack and call them with all the Serial numbers so that they can get the funds. Today I asked "Samuel Bishop" where he was located and he stated 225 North 41st Street Springfield Oregon 97478. I Googled that address and found that it is a trailor park. Everyone who is bothered by these thieves should file a complaint with the FCC and/or any fraud prevention company.

Michael Sinclaire is the name that I was given that is****ociated with the above number. This ******* IS A ***KING scam artist. I apologize for the language but I am ****ED. He attempted to swindle $300 out of me as he claimed he was a debtor collecting and outstanding debt that I had. This was all false information he some how managed to hack into my account information through a third party company. Now granted $300 isn't a lot of money however, it is hard earned money that I do not have to just give away to people. So be very careful of this****HOLE. When he calls he has a heavy Eastern accent, and is very conniving.

Had a call from same guy trying to reach an employee that works for me on business phone same accent told him she wasn't there . Then he said she committed a crime and I needed to let him talk to her. He said so****ing I couldn't understand in English. Then he said he was an attorney and I better let him talk to her. He was just a rouge bill collector.

Some person called stating I took a payday loan from America Payday Loan and that they are suing me. That police will show up at my home and job. I did my research and found out this is nothing but a scam. But the funny thing is they did not ask for no money. But i knew I never took a payday but I did apply for one. But what makes me upset is that they have my information. Is there anything i can do about this?

Amiko When will the authorities take some actions?!?!?!?! These people have been trying scamming people for months now, using different phone numbers, 920-602-0879 is another one, and NOTHING BEEN DONE ABOUT IT? I'm sure they have some success, or else would be in business for so long... One would expect the credit card companies to take action, since they're the ones to get hurt once your CC number is being stolen, no?

kr borthick tonight I received a call labeled phone scam from this phone # I pu and shouted GO AWAY" and h.u. called my home phone

Calls and leaves no message!

REcieved a call from this number, was automated and told me to press 9 to speak with a rep about lowering my CC interest rates... when I did this (to yell at them) it was a man who said that experian called me and that he is from the CC company.  but I said I was going to term the call and he argued with me that if I term the call, I will get called a***n and a***n.  I called the number back, and a person answered "HELLO?"  I said "who is this?"  She said "Someone"  Then when I s****ed yelling, she transferred to someone else with an accent.  then it went dead.  number was traced to attica, OH.

THEY ARE DEMANDING PAYMENT BUT THEY WANT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY INFORAMTION THEY ARE JUST SAYING YOU OWE THEM MONEY FOR A PAYDAY LOAN. LOL

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM A SO CALLED WILLIAM JACKSON FROM THE BACK OFFICE OF A LAW FIRM AND HE SAID I OWED THEM 720 DOLLARS AND I BETTER PAY IF NOT I WOULD BE PUT IN JAIL. I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS AND NEVER TO CALL MY OFFICE A***N. I TOLD HIM HE WAS MESSING WITH THE WRONG PERSON AND I WAS NOT FALLING FOR IT. HE TOLD ME TO ***** OFF. HAHAHA. DONT PAY

its just a scam and trying to get money from us. hopefully they will quit here as much **** as we give them over the phone. time will tell

I can't believe these guys are back! This call came in last week. Some automated intro telling me I only had a limited time to reduce my debt. Press 9 to talk to a service rep. I was asked by a live human if I wanted to reduce my debt & interest. I asked how they got my number and they ***g up!

PRETENDS TO BE FROM EXPERION   - NOT REAL

Just got called with the same scam. Said they were verifying information for the listing for this year. When asked if we paid for the listing last year they said "yes" when I asked how much we paid they ***g up.Don't bother calling this number, I did and it never even rang. I called the number I found on the web site onlinenationalyellowpages.com. The woman I talked to seem to take me seriously and said she would look into it. I think it's a scam to verify information like it's not the first time you call, then send out an invoice because someone answering the phone doesn't realize it. But it's a scam for sure if they tell you that you paid for the listing last year when you didn't. If you paid for this with a credit card, call the CC company and get a REFUND. Tell them to look at this site to back up what you say.The $390 fee means they can pay a BIG incentive to the telemarketers. Report this and every other call you get to the FTC at 1-888-382-1222. It only takes a few minutes and they are s****ing to go after these companies when they tget enough calls about them.

Subscription scam. They keep calling under differnet numbers trying to get us to renew a subscription we never heard of. Do not reach anybody when I called the number to see who it is.

Have owned this cell number for 4 months, have repeatedly told this company to stop calling me, they are looking for the previous owner of the number whom has done business with them in the past, a***n I have repeatedly told this company they have the WRONG NUMBER, that person no longer has this number, yet they continue to call me, I have filed numerous complaints as I am also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and have NEVER DONE BUSINESSS WITH THEM.
