Vicki Said he was Officer Pederson from IRS, ID# IRM23690...hard to understand because of foreign accent. Said I owe X amount of $$'s from mistakes on my taxes and that a warrant for my arrest has been issued unless I settle this now. He said he could have people at my door in 15 minutes to arrest me with handcuffs and I'd spend 5 years in prison. I reported this at tigta.gov Scary, mean voice!
