Debt Collector. Charlie Moran. Extremely obnoxious and aggressive. Broke several laws while harassing me about another person's debt. Continues to call after telling him that person does not live here.

Fitmiss Left me a message that just said "call this number and have a copy of your utility bill handy" Like the other person said: "Not calling them!"

Star Called about an issue with a bill. I pay all online and all are good. SCAM!!

Called about the "supply portion" of my utility and gave a reference number. I don't even live in Pennsylvania anymore so I sure as***** wouldn't have a PA utility supplier!

This man is very dangerous. His name is Stephen M. Dennis and he lives in the Scranton PA area. He answered my friends rental ad and then stole and sold her BMW. He also stole her entire college grant, disability, medications, and had her falsely arrested 3 times so that he could get free "victim relocation" housing. My friend lost her home, had to drop out of college and became homeless and carless. He is also violent and has major alcohol and drug addictions. Be warned.

JL This is not a proper collection agency. It is Navient, the student loan company, calling if your payment is late. So it's kind of collections, but not really. If you got a call from here, you're probably behind on your student loan payments.
