Not a collection agency, but the actual bank.  HSBC owns a slew of banks, mortgage companies, etc. (see Elton's entry) and are relentless about calling you if you have ever so much as breathed the name of one of their en***ies.  They just c****e phone calling companies periodically in hopes you will pick up and buy whatever they are selling this week.  I usually ignore it, but if I am feeling cantankerous, I will pick up the phone and say, " Take me OFF your list" and **** up before they can say a single syllable.  And, yeah, it is time to report them.  A***n.

Keep answering phone and they **** up. Checked my phone and got this number. Must be one of those ********* punks.

I've gotten 4 or 5 calls from this number just today. Are they scammers?

THIS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST BANKS IN THE WORLD.THIS IS JUST THE LATEST # ATTRIBUTED TO THIS GROUP. THIS FINANCIAL GROUP ALSO INCLUDES HOUSEHOLD/BENEFICIAL FINANCE AND ORCHARD BANK ISSUED CREDIT CARDS AS WELL AS HSBC BANKS. THIS GROUP OF THEIVES HAVE BEEN WRECKING HAVOC ON CONSUMERS FOR AGES! THESE ABUSES HAVE BEEN DO***ENTED & REPORTED TO VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES & ATTORNEY GENERAL AND SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE DONE UNTIL SOMEBODY PUTS A STOP TO THEIR NUMEROUS ILLEGAL ACTS. BY THE WAY, HSBC IS HEADQUARTED IN LONDON & HAS ACCESS TO $12 BILLION IN T.A.R.P MONEY!!!!

got a call from them too, asked them what the name of the company was, the rep could barely speak, he mumbled so****ing and when I asked him to spell it out he ***g up.  I have tried to get of their list for quite a while, they don't respect the do not call.....

Called & a woman answered saying "IC Systems" this is Stephanie.Anyone know what this is?

Caller ID says IC System...don't know anything about them.
