Leave a Comment571-261-0103ASSETACCEPTANCEcomes on caller ID dozens of times over a week. Finally I use #67 and my unmetered longdistance to call them back.I got a person. I gave him the phone number. He asks who I am and I asked"Who am I supposed to be, YOU called me!"He's looking for a person with same lastnameand same first initial but wrong gender andwrong first name.I told him ***ody by that name has been atthis number for the last 6 years that I've had it.I asked him why the DOZENS of calls neverleft any kind of voice mail message.I told him his company has an interestingbusiness model, collecting on chargedoff debts, debts that are beyond theirstatute of limitations. But dozens of wrong number calls withoutleaving any voicemail/answering ma****emessage is going to get them in trouble.CLICK.
Will not stop calling even after being told we are on the do not call list.I don't need a new warranty on my car because I don't even own a car! Just want them to leave me alone.
Called and asked for someone who does not live at my number. Continues to call anyway.
These wiesels have been calling me for 8 months. I never answer numbers I don't know but this is harra*****t!
I've had my number for 5 years and all of a sudden I kept getting this number with AACC listed on the Caller ID. Always called early mornings and never left a message. Finally got through to them, after many atempts to call back, to find out they were calling the wrong number.
we get calls every morning at 8:44AM.
they have been calling everyday for a year
Anoying to say the least. I had applied for no temarketing but I seem to receive them just the same. Not sure is most of the unavailable notes I receive are they or not. Calls come late night, dinner times, early AM. I've called back occasionally just to find out who they are to no avail. This one had a caller ID = ADA
who that
They call me and say I owe an AT&T phone bill - I ask for the phone number I supposedly owe for and it is not a number I have ever had. They quote me the last 4 digit social security # - I advised that is not mine and then they asked what mine is. Of course I didn't give it to them. Then she says they are going to sue me. They have called about once a week for about a year.
I AM ON TH DO NOT CALL LIST I NEED TO LOOK INTO SUEING THESE PEOPLE. I DO HAVE CALLER ID...
They have a new stick this time. They now initiate the call, and when I answer they play a pre-recorded voice message that states, "This Bill is past Due and Payable now. Press 1 to charge this invoice to your credit card....."Then the message repeats. Over and over. There is no option to speak to someone , and no other message other than to "Press 1 to pay this Invoice now."True thieves.
These same people are now calling and then running a pre-recorded voice messge that states, "This bill is due and payable now, Press 1 to charge this invoice to your credit card."No real person to talk to. The message repeates over and over."This bill is due and payable now, Press 1 to charge this invoice to your credit card."

Sam
To EVERYBODY who has been recieving these irritating calls from out of state, false numbers, just to find that when they answer there is an unspecified company claiming that your auto warranty is about to expire, that "we have made several attempts to reach you"...and so on; After resear****g the matter online, everybody who has followed through with these calls just to attain the company's information, has said that the company is AUTOMOTIVE WARRANTY SOLUTIONSI have called them a few times today and hassled w***ver I get on the phone, just to give them a little bit of the taste of irritation that I have recieved over and over a***n because of them.IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CALL THEM AND DO THE SAME....1800 376-5688AND here's a few extensions of supervisors that you would be transfered to if you had followed through past the call screeners. 1618- Bob1632- Tina1650-BrianI think everyone who can spare a minute to make a toll free call these *******s should.
I want these calls to stop! I'm not interested as I have a warranty from my dealership.
Company calls all 30 numbers in our block of phone numbers with a pre-recorded message warning me my warranty will expire if I don't act now. They also allow you to press #2 to be removed from their list, which does not happen. I have talked to several reps there and when I ask them to identify themselves, they **** up.
I get called every day from 626 273 8206. I've both requested to be removed and pressed the ****on to automatically be removed.I've pretended that I'm interested, get through to a person, give them some car information, then ask who is my contract going to be through, and they say 'Automotive Warranty Solutions'.If I press any further, I get ***g up on.
This company calls and calls and calls and calls and calls and calls and appearantly does not take you off their calling list when you request to be!. Im sure its this company, Automotive Warranty Services, cause the initial greet recorded message is the samel. They call about 2-3 times per week..I am not exaggerating....after 2 or 3 of the barage of calls and not having my request honored to take me off their list when they said they would, i would attempt to get their number and full name of the company which they would hesitate to give in the beginning of the conversation, they would only give a partial name or state what STATE they're in. They would **** up when asking the agent to clariy the name of the company or thier phone number One agent said sure...We'll take you off the list...She said, stand by and after you hear the "beep" that means I'll be taken off. I heard the beep, but nothing that stated with a recording, which is what i expected, a recording stating I've been taken off the list. I heard the beep and a **** up. I think the agent just pressed a ****on to beep and then ***g up..I got a call the next day from the company a***n! I guess this time I was sly enuf to get the info I've tried so many times to get. Agent said the underwriter is GREAT CHOICE, Company: Automotive Warranty solutions, 6501 Congress Ave St. #140 Boca Raton,FL 33487. Owner, Ralph Manuco 561-982-1601 fax 561-9821699.
Called my pre-paid cell phone wasting my minutes.
This number called me on 7/17. In the past two weeks I have received calls from at least 6 numbers. They call, not recognizing the number I do not pick up, they do not leave a message, I make note of the number, then search it on Google leading me to sites as these. All have mentioned "auto warranty" in connection with each of these numbers. Here are the related numbers, some numbers called back to back in the same day, dates indicate below indicate the date the number last called:
No voice, just static for 10 seconds, then **** up. Called my cellphone, which I thought was illegal for a spammer.
A return call consistently reaches an "all circuits are busy" recording.

they won't quit calling some one needs to pull the plug on these ****s...
they will not take my # off the list, the car is gone and getting tired of the calls
Why is this # calling me every day?? How to block?
Another warranty seller. MAKE THEM STOP!!!
i've been getting the same recording 4 times (on my cell phone). 2 days, 2 calls each day. 1 to tell me the news and the 2nd to say its the 2nd call they're giving me. hopes its the last. yes it is ******. what kind of information do they think people will give them? it's too bad for people who do have legitimate warranties who get confused. and who are these paid losers who answer the phones for these companies?
Multiple daily calls for months from multiple phone numbers. Finally realized that these ****s fake caller-id phone numbers, which accounts for out of service numbers when you call back. Scam.
Annoying!!!
This company has called me twice in the past couple of days and I would like it to stop. I already know my warranty on my car has expired and I don't care. Please make them aware that I am on the Do Not Call list and if contacted further I will take further action.
these people annoy me
How to stop this?
Continuous calls for Auto Warranty
Calls received from this number once or twice every couple months. Always the same message on voice mail about an an extended auto warranty for sale.
I have gotten three calls from them in the last 3 days saying that my warranty is expiring, stay on the line to talk to a representative about getting an extended warranty.
They call every day and it's super-annoying. It's just a voice recording and you can't ever get to a prompt to actually talk to someone. Maybe next time I will try dialing "0" and see where that gets me. Ugh.
Calls everyday, warranty out of date.
When I answer the call a recorded phone message is prompted. In order to talk to a person you need to push #1. Once I have a person on the line I asked what company this person is with and if they can remove my number from thier list and the person ****s up on me.
unwanted calls from this number
These Jarks call me at least once every day! I hit the number to remove me from there call que and it does not help.
very annoying. They called me couples of times a week.
called cell phone at work interuppted meeting
called work mobile phone
call many times on both my personal and work cell - make the insanity stop...
I resent that they're calling my cell phone because I have to pay for the call if I answer. I don't know how they're getting my private numbers because I never put it on anything, but a lot of scammers have it anyway.
Stop calling my cell phone you f***g idiots!
you are calling my cell phone, which I use only for emergencies. Stop immediately.......
Keep calling my cell phone
F
Automated message tried to sell me auto warranty. Asked me to press 1 to speak to a person. Instead I pressed ****up. First telemarketing call I have received on my cell.
Call to my cell at 1:46 on 7/16. Did not pick up, no message. Do not answer calls from area codes you do not recognize. My truck is a '95 Toyota T100. Don't think I need a warranty.
Calling my cell phone to sell a car warranty. I have ask twice to be removed from their call list. The third time I ask to speak to a supervisor and was put on eternal hold.
How do I block this phone call? They have called me several times and won't leave a message, nor answer if I return the call.
I just got a call on my cell from this same number a few minutes ago- no message left. I used a resume distribution service, Career Builder and wonder if there is a connection.
My cell phone rang with the 1 571 261 0103 and they did not leave a message. My husband informed me they are calling his cell and my son's cell as well.
When I get this call and my answering ma****g takes it, it just goes "busy signal" tone until they **** up. Best thing is NOT to answer & let the ma****e answer. If you have an older ma****e...it will record the conversation if you pick-up AFTER the ma****e gets it. ***Legal because they give you permission to record when they talk to a ma****e that records an outgoing message to "leave a message".
I've gotten calls from this number too as well. Here is the link to file a complaint online with the FCC- http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
I just received a call from this number on my 10 year-old daughters cell, who by they way, obviously does not have a vehicle, and when I answered they just ***g up. How do you file a complaint with the FCC?
I get a call from this number about the same time that I get a mail from an alledged auto warranty company.
I just received a call from this number, but did not answer. I often receive calls from strange numbers, and I believe they are all from automotive warranty. I had place a complaint about one of the numbers with the FCC.There is no national do-not-call list for cell phones. It is illegal for a telemarketing company to call a cell phone, so there is no need for a DNC list.I urge everyone to file a simple online complaint with the FCC each time you receive an unsolicited marketing call on your cell.
I get several calls daily from different numbers or called ID says "Withheld". Sometimes I get a recorded telemarketing message, or other times no one answers the call.
These people call me all the time; its got to stop.
Has called three times in 2 days with different numbers.
They call 2-3 times a week at my home and now they've got my cell #! I drive a '69 Ford Galixy!!! Come on!!!
Even though I have asked them to repeatedly remove my name from thier call list, they continue to call with their prerecorded message, to my home phone and to my cell phone, asking for the make and model of my car with regard to a warranty or recall issue, which was solved already at a local ford dealership. I asked the lady today, what is the NAME of your business and she told me she was a warranty center or so****ing like that, I said, "NO, I didn't ask what kind of business you are, I said what is the NAME of your business." Then she literally said, "Blablablabla..." and ***g up on me. Here are two other numbers that I have gotten calls from and wonder if they are****ociated with this number:
They are Warranty telemarketing. They c****e their numbers all the time. I am on the do not call list but they do not care.Today I acted interested in the warranty and asked them which company they represent and he said--- The name he gave me is a legit company. I told them in the past to stop calling me and I did a***n today. I will notify the Better Business Bureu, the FTC and the General Attorney. He did not answer nor did he reply so I ***g up. I will file an official complain. The fine for calling do not call numbers is up to $11,000 by the Telemarketing sales rule so since I have a record of them calling even with different numbers I guess and hope their fine will be HUGE. You can check out http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/telemarketing/tel13.shtm --and check out http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/23147777/ Hope this helps--I am NOT DONE with them.
I keep getting missed calls and no message.
In the past hour and a half, I have received two calls from this number to my cell phone.
scam, tells you to press 2 to be removed from call list, when you press 2 it just disconnects and then they call right back a few minutes later. Have been getting them for weeks now.
continually calling at all hours, every day - an employee of mine on our his work cell phone.
They want to sell me a warrantee on my new Chrysler with a 7yr/70,000mi warrantee. Right; I'm that dumb I'll buy two.
Call originates somewhere in Haymarket, ******ia. Carrier is Verizon South Inc.-******ia (cell phone provider?) Information about you, that you have provided to****ential employers, and that you have electronically allowed the****ential enployer to use allowable portions of the information to "Research" you, in this case, (another telephone contact number, such as a cell phone) is marketable and sellable products that is purchased from the****ential telephone markerters and sales call teams from the****ential employer. I released my cell phone number at 6:00 a.m. this morning and have just begun to recieve questionable unknown caller ID phone numbers, such as this one.
Keep calling on cell phone wasting my minutes.
Call once a week
Spoke with individual after many annoying calls to my cell phone. Said they were Warranty Services. Would not give me their address or any other info. they nicely said they would remove my name from their calling list without even asking my number
They won't stop calling me! It's nearly every week that I get this phone call.
They just keep calling
Auto Warranty Seller calling 2-to-3 times per day
Annoying warranty scam... called probably a dozen times
unsolicited on my cell phone, which is never distributed. Also, I don't have/don't want warranties. Other similar calls have been hitting my cell phone
called 2 times in less than 5 minutes, did not leave message
Always calling me about my car warranty expiring, but when i talked to them about my car almost being ten years old and I don't want your services they continue to call.
They call me on my cell phone advertising a warranty extension, saying it is the second or third warning that my car warranty is about to expire (even though it expired before I even owned the car). It is explicitly illegal to call on such a paid line advertising. When I ask them to give me their company name, they refuse.
Keep getting calls at work, on several different lines
Called an unlisted cell phone. robo-dialer ***g up without any audio after I answered.
Call claims my warranty is about to expire. I have a ***nd new car. They call at least once a day.
I am tired of this ****, these idiots call me at least once a day, on my cell phone. What is a "no call" list for if these jack***** can keep doing this? Thank god I pay taxes for a government that does nothing to fix this ****.
Not a customer of this company; got a robot call on cell phone.
I have received at least three calls in the last month stating it is my "second call" regarding my auto warranty getting ready to expire. I don't have an auto warranty and do not wish to have these calls.
The name of the company is Automotive Warranty Solutionshttp://www.automotivewarrantysolutions.com/contact.htmlthey say it is a limited time offer and they won't send you anything in writingI get about 2 calls a day from them, all different numbers, I asked them to stop and they just keep calling
They repeatedly call my cell phone attempting to "renew my auto warranty". I don't have a car. It is a scam.

I bought a new cell phone from my exisitng provider, and soon after s****ed getting calls form this number several times a week. AT&T, the provider, must have sold my number to this marketer. I am calling AT&T to complain, but of course the horse is out of the barn.

I've received two calls from this number. I don't answer. I've registered with the DO NOT CALL list, hopefully this will help.
I have received several calls from this number that offer to extend the warranty on my automobile. It tells me I am not too late to renew. I know it is bogus as my warranty has not expired and they tell me they can't tell me which automobile they are calling about for confidentiality reasons. Today I pushed the ****on to find out who this is and was told it is a warranty extension service located in orange county california. When I asked more questions the person ***g up on me. How do these people get access to my cell phone number? How can they be stopped?
Calls to offer vehicle warranty. The first time I ignored it. Second time, I spoke to a rep, who said they'd take me off their call list. They just called a***n. Have registered for DoNotCall, and will report them next time they call.
