I've had my number for 5 years and all of a sudden I kept getting this number with AACC listed on the Caller ID. Always called early mornings and never left a message. Finally got through to them, after many atempts to call back, to find out they were calling the wrong number.

They call me and say I owe an AT&T phone bill - I ask for the phone number I supposedly owe for and it is not a number I have ever had.  They quote me the last 4 digit social security # - I advised that is not mine and then they asked what mine is.  Of course I didn't give it to them.  Then she says they are going to sue me.  They have called about once a week for about a year.

They have a new stick this time. They now initiate the call, and when I answer they play a pre-recorded voice message that states, "This Bill is past Due and Payable now. Press 1 to charge this invoice to your credit card....."Then the message repeats. Over and over.There is no option to speak to someone , and no other message other than to "Press 1 to pay this Invoice now."True thieves.

Company calls all 30 numbers in our block of phone numbers with a pre-recorded message warning me my warranty will expire if I don't act now. They also allow you to press #2 to be removed from their list, which does not happen. I have talked to several reps there and when I ask them to identify themselves, they **** up.

I get called every day from 626 273 8206.  I've both requested to be removed and pressed the ****on to automatically be removed.I've pretended that I'm interested, get through to a person, give them some car information, then ask who is my contract going to be through, and they say 'Automotive Warranty Solutions'.If I press any further, I get ***g up on.

This company calls and calls and calls and calls and calls and calls and appearantly does not take you off their calling list when you request to be!. Im sure its this company, Automotive Warranty Services, cause the initial greet recorded message is the samel. They call about 2-3 times per week..I am not exaggerating....after 2 or 3 of the barage of calls and not having my request honored to take me off their list when they said they would, i would attempt to get their number and full name of the company which they would hesitate to give in the beginning of the conversation, they would only give a partial name or state what STATE they're in. They would **** up when asking the agent to clariy the name of the company or thier phone number One agent said sure...We'll take you off the list...She said, stand by and after you hear the "beep" that means I'll be taken off. I heard the beep, but nothing that stated with a recording, which is what i expected, a recording stating I've been taken off the list. I heard the beep and a **** up. I think the agent just pressed a ****on to beep and then ***g up..I got a call the next day from the company a***n! I guess this time I was sly enuf to get the info I've tried so many times to get. This number called me on 7/17. In the past two weeks I have received calls from at least 6 numbers. They call, not recognizing the number I do not pick up, they do not leave a message, I make note of the number, then search it on Google leading me to sites as these. All have mentioned "auto warranty" in connection with each of these numbers. Here are the related numbers, some numbers called back to back in the same day, dates indicate below indicate the date the number last called:

i've been getting the same recording 4 times (on my cell phone). 2 days, 2 calls each day. 1 to tell me the news and the 2nd to say its the 2nd call they're giving me. hopes its the last. yes it is ******. what kind of information do they think people will give them? it's too bad for people who do have legitimate warranties who get confused. and who are these paid losers who answer the phones for these companies?

Multiple daily calls for months from multiple phone numbers. Finally realized that these ****s fake caller-id phone numbers, which accounts for out of service numbers when you call back. Scam.

Continuous calls for Auto Warranty

Calls received from this number once or twice every couple months. Always the same message on voice mail about an an extended auto warranty for sale.

I have gotten three calls from them in the last 3 days saying that my warranty is expiring, stay on the line to talk to a representative about getting an extended warranty.

They call every day and it's super-annoying. It's just a voice recording and you can't ever get to a prompt to actually talk to someone. Maybe next time I will try dialing "0" and see where that gets me. Ugh.

When I answer the call a recorded phone message is prompted. In order to talk to a person you need to push #1. Once I have a person on the line I asked what company this person is with and if they can remove my number from thier list and the person ****s up on me.

Automated message tried to sell me auto warranty. Asked me to press 1 to speak to a person. Instead I pressed ****up. First telemarketing call I have received on my cell.

Call to my cell at 1:46 on 7/16. Did not pick up, no message. Do not answer calls from area codes you do not recognize. My truck is a '95 Toyota T100. Don't think I need a warranty.

Calling my cell phone to sell a car warranty. I have ask twice to be removed from their call list. The third time I ask to speak to a supervisor and was put on eternal hold.

When I get this call and my answering ma****g takes it, it just goes "busy signal" tone until they **** up.  Best thing is NOT to answer & let the ma****e answer.  If you have an older ma****e...it will record the conversation if you pick-up AFTER the ma****e gets it.  ***Legal because they give you permission to record when they talk to a ma****e that records an outgoing message to "leave a message".

I just received a call from this number on my 10 year-old daughters cell, who by they way, obviously does not have a vehicle, and when I answered they just ***g up.  How do you file a complaint with the FCC?

I just received a call from this number, but did not answer. I often receive calls from strange numbers, and I believe they are all from automotive warranty. I had place a complaint about one of the numbers with the FCC.There is no national do-not-call list for cell phones. It is illegal for a telemarketing company to call a cell phone, so there is no need for a DNC list.I urge everyone to file a simple online complaint with the FCC each time you receive an unsolicited marketing call on your cell.

I am on the do not call list but they do not care.Today I acted interested in the warranty and asked them which company they represent and he said--- The name he gave me is a legit company. I told them in the past to stop calling me and I did a***n today. I will notify the Better Business Bureu, the FTC and the General Attorney. He did not answer nor did he reply so I ***g up. I will file an official complain. The fine for calling do not call numbers is up to $11,000 by the Telemarketing sales rule so since I have a record of them calling even with different numbers I guess and hope their fine will be HUGE. scam, tells you to press 2 to be removed from call list, when you press 2 it just disconnects and then they call right back a few minutes later. Have been getting them for weeks now.

I released my cell phone number at 6:00 a.m. this morning and have just begun to recieve questionable unknown caller ID phone numbers, such as this one.

Always calling me about my car warranty expiring, but when i talked to them about my car almost being ten years old and I don't want your services they continue to call.

They call me on my cell phone advertising a warranty extension, saying it is the second or third warning that my car warranty is about to expire (even though it expired before I even owned the car). It is explicitly illegal to call on such a paid line advertising. When I ask them to give me their company name, they refuse.

I bought a new cell phone from my exisitng provider, and soon after s****ed getting calls form this number several times a week. AT&T, the provider, must have sold my number to this marketer. I am calling AT&T to complain, but of course the horse is out of the barn.

I've received two calls from this number. I don't answer. I've registered with the DO NOT CALL list, hopefully this will help.

I have received several calls from this number that offer to extend the warranty on my automobile. It tells me I am not too late to renew. I know it is bogus as my warranty has not expired and they tell me they can't tell me which automobile they are calling about for confidentiality reasons. Today I pushed the ****on to find out who this is and was told it is a warranty extension service located in orange county california. When I asked more questions the person ***g up on me. How do these people get access to my cell phone number? How can they be stopped?
