Called to say the DEA was investigating a complaint from the FTC involving our doctor's NPI. Strong middle eastern accent. Requested immediate call back from doctor. One google search told me this was an obvious scam.

I got a call from this number saying it was a FRAUD ALERT SYSTEM and to press 1 well I ***g up !! it showed up on caller I.D. as E. PAULSON , clearly this man or woman does not own this number any longer and probably doesn't even know it's being used like this.

No one answers, they stay on the line for 10-15 seconds. I don't hear anything in the background, but I can hear someone breathing. This happens at least once a week.

Fed Up! Calls my office everyday, at least 10 or more times a day. Every time they call, they ask for a different person.

Call me several times day say nothing leave no message. But someone has it RPM that company also har***** me with other numbers from Easington California. I say it's a scam.

Dan I say "at least," because CreditOne Bank also uses them. Others, as well. It's for debt collections.

ADA will remove your name from database. Call number on their website (1-800-342-2383). It takes 5 business days to become effective. I was informed that there is a scam going on. The scammer will ask for personal information. This is not the ADA. Good luck

571-261-0038 is a debt collection company, Receivables Performance Management.They're trying to collect on an old T-Mobile bill that has already been taken care of.

Some guy called himself Wyriy called.  Extreme ***ue and rude about introducing himself, and what the call is about.  I called him back and hopefully he will not call a***n, for the well-being of his mental staete.

This is a 3rd party a hired gun so to s***k. They are not Amex but represent them selves as such. Deal with Amex directly if you want to settle. Get terms in writting with a firm payoff amount. Never deal with a collection agency.

im getting calls 571-261-0113 when i try to call back it says its not a working number? please help! does anyone have any info on what this could be and how to stop getting these calls?

I am getting daily calls from ADA. They **** up before going into my answering service. Other phone #'s from this ADA besides (571) 261-0106 are (434) 878-9983, (301) 223-0109,  (240) 210-7102. I am also on the National and State Do Not Call Registry

Not a collection agency, but the actual bank.  HSBC owns a slew of banks, mortgage companies, etc. (see Elton's entry) and are relentless about calling you if you have ever so much as breathed the name of one of their en***ies.  They just c****e phone calling companies periodically in hopes you will pick up and buy whatever they are selling this week.  I usually ignore it, but if I am feeling cantankerous, I will pick up the phone and say, " Take me OFF your list" and **** up before they can say a single syllable.  And, yeah, it is time to report them.  A***n.
