This number calls at all times weekday weekends don't give up....Stop Calling me!!!!

i get this number calling my phone every day several times a day, and im about ready to snap, these people need to stop. are they that dumb, and cant get the hint. dang the guy was confused about what he wanted to say

They keep calling me once or more a day and then just **** up. Only let it ring two or three times. Did a little research and found this info....GTE South, Inc. was renamed "GTE South, Inc. dba Verizon South, Inc. And also this.....Verizon South, Inc. is a current operating company of Verizon serving former GTE and Contel regions in North Carolina, South Carolina, and ******ia.

Repetedly calling saying they are debt collectors. Says we owe them money. Rude nasty. Sometimes askes for fake people.

Asks for ficticious person. Does not identify themselves. Says that they are debt collectors. Very aggressive and abusive.

They keep calling me at night time trying to collect a debt that I have know Idea why I told them to get F--- after about the 7 time an to stop calling me they have the wrong person an they told me to go to***** MR WHITE

They are in charge of Debt Colecting for cell phones and utilities. Receivables Performance Managment. Look up the complaints on google. There is nothing good about this company. If they don't answer when you answer your phone concider yourself lucky.

They call multiple times a day and doesn't say anything when I answer. Called back blocking my # and they answered.Would not give me any info.

This number keeps calling me daily about five times a day...It will s**** at 7 am and it will stop around 10 pm...It is getting really aggravating when they won't leave a message and they just keep calling

I got calls EVERY day....sometimes several x's a day from this number. When I answer, they **** up. When the answering ma****e picks up it is an automated message from a woman saying "Hi..I have an important message for you, please call me at work". Sometimes the calls come as late as 10 PM> I want them to STOP !!

This is a collection agency that seems to be making dozens of annoying ****-up calls and wrong numbers for every debtor that they actually find.  Here are their toll-free numbers to call and complain:  866-212-7408, 888-452-9175, 800-618-6420, 800-618-6709, 800-618-8586.  Call from a pay phone so that it will cost them money.

Notice to Receivables Performance Management, the presumed owner of this number: Despite having no reasonable basis to believe that your debtor can be reached via my phone, and despite receiving actual and constructive notice that you have the wrong number, you have called me at least 9 times in the past week. Since you want to talk to me on the phone so much, I believe I will s**** calling your toll-free numbers (e.g. 866-212-7408) every time I am near a pay phone, so that I can tell you what I think of your company. Each one of these calls will cost you about 50 cents, but I'm sure you won't mind.

Someone calls from this number every day & night. They only let the phone ring 2 or 3 times so even if I am home, I can't get to the phone before they **** up.

They called me a***n this morning. Finally someone on the other end asked for Franklin (Not my name) I yelled at this woman and told I have told them there is no Franklin here,and I am getting sick and tired of the calls 4- 5 times a day. She told me she would have my number removed,but said I may get 1 more call today..I said I better not get 1 more call. I didnt  got it.. I have lived at this address for over 4 years now.. There was a Franklin living here before me. I think may look up a reverse address and match the phone number for that address.. Even if it had been for me 3-5 calls a day is outrageous

constant calls for a bill that was paid 2 years ago.

Constant calls and no one answers. When they do they are trying to collect a sprint bill that was paid off 2 years ago. Sometimes they call 3 -4 times a day.

DO NOT give this so called collection agency any bank account info, or a credit card.  This is a scam.  If it is legal ask them to send you a copy of the outstanding bill, its your right to see it.DO  NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION THEY ARE PHISING FOR YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION

DO NOT GIVE ANYONE THAT DOES FINALLY ANSWER THIS NUMBER ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.  THEY ARE SCAMMING ON PRETEND DEBT COLLECTION, ASKING FOR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFO AND OR A CREDIT CARD.  THEY ARE RATED AN F- WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WOULD NOT EVEN SEND ME A VALID COPY OF THE BILL THEY CLAIM I OWE.  Which I owe nothing to anyone.

Send them this letter to:RPM Collection******X 148 Lynnwood, WA 98036**  Make sure to put your account info into the ( ).  You can call them and get the info from them.  DOn't be scared and don't let them intimidate you about it.  Just be forward wanting the account #****ociated with your name.  It makes them miserable.  Tell them also your verbally requesting they stop calling you or your going to file a complaint with the FTC.**Letter below:"I am informed that your company is obligated to provide formal validation of an alleged debt (put the debt or account # here) that I have been receiving numerous phone calls and letters about (Or you can put "The alleged debt appearing on my credit reports"). Please be advised that I am not requesting a verification that you have my mailing address. I am, however, requesting validation, i.e., formal do***entation in accordance with my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I received these calls 3 times today already.  When I called back they said they were RPM.  From other notes people have left it looks like they are a collection agency for sprint.  However, I do have Sprint but my bill is always paid early so I don't know why a collections department would be calling me.  It seems a little fishy to me.

Receiving calls from this number daily. When I answer, I get a recording that says there is an important call for me but all agents are busy and I will need to hold until one is available. I just **** up. They never leave a voicemail message. They are calling my business line.

I received 8 calls in 6 hours on 11.29.2008. I do not recognize the name or the number. I went online and found numerous, similar questions. The reverse search listed Haymarket, VA. Who are these people?

This number is repeatedly calling my company.. THIS NEEDS to stop immediately.. when the call is answered no one is there .  We are on a NO CALL list in Tx..

This phone # belongs to a collection agency - RPM Collections.

I also received a call from "Vivian" from this number asking for a "Jillian" who has never worked at our business. My MSG recorder tells me the number of the caller leaving the MSG which was the number "571-261-0200." "Vivian" asked for us to call her back at "1 800 618 6705"

We keep receiving these calls on our business line. They are very annoying and tie up our phone line at least twice a day.  No-one is ever on the other end nor is there a dial tone.

Who is Receivable Preferred?  Phone #571-261-0020?  I keep getting calls over and over, with no response on the other end.  How can I find out who this is and why they are calling.  This needs to be stopped.  We are on the no call list for Florida.

Someone named 'wanda' (I think) called saying I needed to get in contact with her right away.   I think it is a telephone solicitation and I am on the no call list.  I want to report this as a violation of my rights to privacy.  The originating tel. phone # was, (571) 261-0020.
