it's weird- i have verizon wireless. i have a cell phone and a mifi-wireless wifi that can connect to 5 computers. i hate it. it's noting but a problem most times but i notice my locations for my IP addresses on google sometimes say the same state this numbers from. wouldn't my IP address be local in CA? so****ings not right.And why are they calling everyday?? and why not call my cell and reach me?

I'm getting harassed by people from this number 1(571)261-0044 and it's not for me. It's for a relative that I have no contact with anymore (we're talking 6+ years since I've seen, heard from etc & never will a***n). How do I (short of filing a police report with my local police dept) stop them from calling me? I've told them this multiple times (at least 5+) but it doesn't seem to help. Thank you.
