They call at least twice daily and a recording says to hold someone will be right with you, then silence. Annoying

Well, I have a MAC, no Dell, owe no one anything and they are calling me 2X a day, no message.

no message left. Just broiler room type noise. I called number back from another phone and got a live person. They said the name is " Penta Group Financial.

This number keep calling my friend. I told her that it could be someone phishing for personal information.  Scammers!  I recommend that she turn the number in to the FTC!

Messages in voicemail (lots of them) - never any 'message', just boiler room noise.

Yeah, 571-261-0050 called my cell too and didn't leave a message but just ***g on the phone and you could hear the boiler-room activity in the background. Very creepy. MISSED A PAYMENT...JUST SLIPPED MY MIND.  THEY CALL AND DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.  THEY HOLD THE LINE AND MESSAGE INDICATOR ON MY PHONE.  WEIRED! NOT PAYING TILL GET NOTICE IN MAIL.  LOL

I did not realize that I missed a bill payment, and I began getting calls from this number a few days ago - about once an hour s****ing at about 6AM and continuing until after 10PM in the evening. This is illeagal, is it not?

this is the first day that this caller keeps calling with the same #.  Silence on the phone and isn't talking.  Just dead silence.  If this is important at least leave a message.  This is very weird and creepy at the sametime.

I called the number - it's Dell Financial Services.
