Don't be dumb.  This is a scam.  If ANYONE calls and tells you that you won so****ing, it's a scam.

I got the same call last night... left no message.  Hopefully they will not call back.  Sounds like a big scam.

I just got a call on my cell phone that said I have just won a cruise. I do not enter contests as they are scams, and I did not enter this one. This is a really BIG scam. I wish someone would stop this. This call cost me $1.10. I don't appreciate these types of calls.

Wow, almost got me too.  Strange # comes in 571-261-0102, so I pick it up expecting to ask them to remove me from some list or another.  Instead to my surprise I have won a cruise!  But like "Almostscammed" above when my rep "Sharon" (who did not have an accent of any kind) asked for my name I slowly told her but as I was saying it I'm wondering why they dont have the name of the cruise winner already?  Then she says everything is paid for...except any tips or gambling debts(obviously), and plane tickets.  BUT now I have to pay $88 up front per person with a minimun of two people (very clever way of REALLY asking for $176).  I say sure, sounds great and she ****s it by immediately asking how I am going to pay by mastercard visa, etc.  It just felt waaay to abrupt to be anything but a scam so I ask "Sharon" if I can call back to think about it.  She says I only have 2 hours (she gave me more time then those above) to call back and fork over the $176. She then says I have to call her back at a completely different phone number 8778420341 which matches the above posts as well.  I really wanted this to be real,

Seems this number has been repeatdly calling and I never pick up because I don't know anyone that lives from the area code shown.

An automated voice called saying that I had entered a contest and had won a cruise.  Press 1 to claim the prize, press 2 to yield the prize to the next winner.The live person asked what my name was.  I didn't say and asked what contest it was that I had won.  She said that I had entered a contest for a cruise and that I had won the cruise.  She then asked for my name a***n.  When I asked a***n what contest it was that I had won, she ***g up.The call displayed 571-261-0102 in Caller ID.Clearly a scam.  Glad I was su****ious of them not even knowing my name.

Received a call at 5:15 pm today and I didn't answer and had no message. I called back and my option was to press 1 to remove my number. Or I could press 2 to enter another number. I pressed 1 and it said ' your number has been removed'

I received this call after visiting websites trying to find good deals on a cruise in Newport Beach, California for my wife's birthday.  The call was concerning a free cruise that I had won.  It was an automated recording that told me to "....hold the line for an agent that will****ist me....."  Since they had reached my cell and "No Name" appeared above the number, I became su****ious almost immediately and decided to "Google" the phone number then lo and behold: this website was at the top of the list!  Free cruise, yeah right...all that glitters is not gold and if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

called and didn't leave a msg. I have no idea who this is and what they want. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They even called late at night.

12/23/09 Got the same call from 571-261-0102, but they left a voice recording message that I won a cruise. I called the number back and there was a recording stating my number and giving me an option to enter a alternate number.

got a call from a automated voice of a woman saying I won a sweepstakes. This must be a scam, I hadn't signed up to win anything.

too many of these are happening. where is that do not call list folks. I placed my number on it and still not stopping the calls. what good are they.are they selling our numbers to make a profit????

Wow, I just got off the phone with the 571-261-0102 representative.  He totally laid the sales pitch on me.  In hind sight the first clue that this is a scam should have been when he asked for my name...if your truely a winner of a drawing, then they should already know your name.  Anyway,he tried to get me to get me to reserve tickets for $88 per person with a minimum of two.  He gave me the whole, "you can decide which cruise within the next 18 months bit".  I was entertaining the idea up until he told me that he wanted to transfer me to another representative to get my credit card information to reserve my room on the ship.  At that point I felt that I needed some time to think so I asked him if I could speak with my wife first before going any further.  He actually agreed but encouraged me to call him back within the next 24 minutes because the promotion in total is only open for a half hour.  He gave the following call back number 1-877-842-0341 ext 458 and said his name was Jack.  So I get off the phone with him and immediately jump on the internet to see if this is a scam and sure enough it is.  Everyone, please be careful, this person called me on my cell phone, so don't think that just because you have a cell phone, you wont get scammed.  I was so close to loosing $88 a person on this scam, but thanks to these posts did not.  Thank you for your posts.

The same thing just happened to me. They were about to sell me this cruise for $88 per person... Yeah right...Don't buy it... It is too good to be true...

today is 12-9-09 and 571-261-0102 called me with an automated voice and said i won a cruse. motherf***ers almost got me. the b***h name was nina, sounded puerto rican like above, knew a ton about the info, n said her office is in chicago. 3 cruz to pic from and 18months to choose. $88 gov fee and thats all. callback was 877 842 0341. ***, i wanna go on a cruz. be careful. imma call back n figure out some s**t.

Getting calls from this number on my company cell phone. Is very anoying and obviously illegal. People keep getting away with these 'robocalls' or 'soundboarding'. Where is the limit? When do carriers s**** to take legal responsibility?

i dont know who the***** it is i picked up and they said nothing i called back there was nothing not even a ring.....

just got off the phone with these people saying that I've won a FREE cruise. But the thing is that i let a friend use this extra line and i don't know if he signed up for so****ing, but by reading previous comments it suggests that they just pick random numbers. They say its a cruise with any of the reputable cruise line, like Carnival for example, and it goes to Barbados and some other places, and there's no blackout dates, BUT the only fee is a $88/person government fee! I told the rep that I would have to consult my signif other and she was like she'll call back. I'm really thinking about doing it $88/person is dirt cheap, and so I asked her how do I know its not a scam, she had a puerto rican accent, but she was saying that the company is based in Chicago so she wouldn't put her job and the company she work for under siege for only $88, BUT she seemed pretty knowledgeable about the consumer fraud act on credit cards, I am still skeptical.

I received a recorded voicemail on my cell number which stated that I won a contest from YTH (what is YTH?) and the prize was a cruise from one of three cruise lines and I MUST CALL BACK before the end of the day or I would lose it.The call back number was (877) 842-0321 but my caller ID showed (571) 261-0102.I know I did not enter any contests to win a cruise because I do not like cruises so this is clearly a scam of some sort. The recording said "my name is jenny" but it was a recording not a live person.

I was confused because I don't recall entering a sweepstakes for this and I didn't press anything and it disconnected automatically.
