They were going to serve me a summons and end up in civil court if I did not respond

A woman named Andrea Gardiner called and left a voice message to call back. She also called my brother-in-law in another state asking about me and called my daughter as well and wouldn't say why she was trying to talk with me.

This person scams people

MSM Did not recognize number and rejected the call. No voicemail left. Probably another telemarketer.

DeeDee Received the same call....on 8/24/2010....verified that they were Special Olympics, no state mentioned...asking for a donation....wanted me to give them credit or debit numbers over the phone. I requested that information be mailed to me for verification and I would send a check. To date 8/30/10 have not received any information via mail. Sounded scammy to me.
