No one ever gets on the phone after I listen to a recording in broken English asking for a garbled name. I can't even understand who they are asking for, argh!

Call your state's Better Business Bureu and register your number in the Do Not Call Registtry online

I also have been getting numerous phone calls from this co.  They also have been crazy rude and ***g up!  I waited 7 minutes for someone to get on the phone to tell them they are calling the wrong number.  This is a land line and ONLY used for emergencies since I have a 92 year old grand***her and both my parents are in very bad physical health.  When I asked for an address to write a complaint, I was given a false PO Box.  I warned them in Aug and Oct of 2009.  I have gotten over 20 calls in a 1 week period, plus prior to my keeping a record!  I really want to do so****ing about this but have no idea where to s****.  I also am a person who usually writes thank you's and letters of appreciation.  This is out of my character to be soo po'ed!!!  Do you know of any agencies that handle these things seriously?  Have I lost my right to "peace" in my own home as long as I have a phone?

This number has been calling me, when I answer a ma****e tells me to wait for a rep. A lady got on the line asking if it was me speaking and when I asked who this was, in a very rude tone, she said "This is BCC, is this...?".  I then asked "What is BCC?" and she stated she was not going to play this game and that she will just call me back tomorrow and ***g up. Now I know I don't even have the right to ask who is calling MY PHONE!!!

This number calls repeatedly throughout the day and evening.  I answered several times and it is a recorded message which asks for "Deccom"? or so****ing similar.  I called back once and the man said I owed St. Luke's a copay (which was paid) and was extremely rude to me.  Even if I owed it, I would send it directly to St. Luke's and make sure he doesn't get a cut for collecting.

They never leave a message and call several times throughout the day.
