For all of you getting more than 8 calls/day and calling after 9pm that is illegal. Take a look into the laws and you could sue them

I HAVE REPORTED THEM ALSO PRETTY MUCH SAME THING THEY DID TO ME....AND THREATENED LEGAL ACTION A***NST ME CAUSE I LOST MY TEMPER WITH THEM..THEY HAVE WRONG NAME AND NUMBER A PERSON I DONT KNOW IS WHO THEYRE TRYING TO COLLECT FROM. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED

same problem with this company calls have been going in for 3 months since i got this phone number...i just was threatened with legal action by someone at the company after i called and said i contacted an attorney... this company needs to be stopped and worse thing is they know theyre contacting the wrong person but calls continue

They call 3-10 times a day and dont leave a message!

very ignoring phone calls 10-20 times a day they couldn't resolve any issue if they wanted to just too mean to.

I just got off the phone with whatever company this is.  I am so mad a I am shaking.  First, we have been getting these calls everyday for the past couple weeks. They call morning, noon and night.  I finally answered and waited while the ****** music played on.  Finally, the absolute worst customer service rep I have ever spoken too answered.  I mean she was cruel and mean(even for a cold caller) and everytime I tried to talk, she interupted me.  Then, when I was tired of listening to her go on and on about a medical bill from two years ago that I had no idea of(paid one for same company but never received additional statements that their was a second bill), she accussed me of being rude and interupting her.  When I told her no, I would not put it on a credit card, she became ****** and told me I was on a legally recorded line and ***g up on me.  I have never been treated so poorly.  I hope to find out about this company and report them asap.

I answered once and advised that there is no such bill and I had never seen the doctor they were representing.  I asked very politely to be removed from their calling list.  They were very ruds, ***g up on me and have continued to call repeatedly.  They call anywhere from 2-20 times per day beginning at 8:30am until 8:00pm.  They never leave a message!

I have advised this collection agency that I do not owe the doctor's bill they are referring to and that it was taken care of by my insurance company. The repsonse I received from them was "Yeah right. That's what everyone says." They call at least 4 to 5 times a day and have been doing so for about 4 months. Not only are they calling my home phone number, they have now begun calling my cell phone. I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau....this is just plaint ridiculous.

I received every day one or two calls from telephone number 610-916-7264 put a reverse call and this number is disconnected, then how come they are calling every day. Please do so****ing about this person that is trying to fish information some how.

Received numerous calls from this number which is unfamiliar to me and out of my area.  When I answer I am not able to distinguish what they are saying.  They call and do not leave a message.  When I call the number I cannot distinguish what they are saying.

Thanks for the info. We have been getting calls asking for "Emma****ter". I just found out how to indentify the calling phone number, and now I can hopefully stop the twice-daily calls!

Keeps calling for past week for indistinguishable name.  No way to respond to mechanized inquiry.  Today we called the phone number back, were put on hold, and when finally connected with an operator (we****ume) they said that they would correct the situation, however, not before they inquired about another name.  After furiously saying "NO" and ****ing up, within 4 hours we received yet another recorded message.  So, we called a***n, were put on hold, then got a second chance to complain to the operator (we****ume).  The operator stated that it takes 24 hours to correct the problem.  We fully expect to get another call this evening and possibly tomorrow morning, if we're lucky.  We googled the phone number and found that it is apparently  a credit company: " Berks Credit and Collections, Inc., located at 2001 State Hill Road, Suite 105, Wyomissing, PA. Their corporate phone number is 610-916-7200. The owner's name is Anthony F. Carabello."

610-916-7264 & 610-916-7301. This is Berks Collection Agency near Reading, PA/Leesburg, PA. When I returned home yes****ay I had 12 calls from them on my caller ID. I told them Sa****ay I didn't owe any doctors group and never heard of them. They get mad and click - they **** up. No respect. I call that ignorant and rude. I have blocked their numbers now and notified the Attorney General's office for hassassment. Even if it was my doctor I am on Medicare and Medicare Plus - so what the doctor got is all he is going to get. I will report this to Medicare and Social Security as well.

I called this number back after they called me several times in the same day and didn't leave any messages.  When the phone rings you are automatically put on hold.They do not give the company name or anything.
