Think this is the same scammer as 613-230-2890. Blocked the 2890 #, s****ed to get calls from this 5071 #. Will block this one also, let's see what other number they use.

Victor Cation This number called us a few minutes ago (9:30 a.m. 19 Jan 2011), but when we answered the 'phone, the "unknown caller" did not respond -- there was just "dead air" -- so we ***g up. On dialing the number back, we got a message saying that the number "was not in service".

this number is on my id at lest one time a week...
