Very Rude People. I ask to talk to a manager. The manager that came to the phone told me to stop talking and to listen to her. She said there is no Do Not Call List for financial, because I have a Vise, Mastercard or Discover, they would call me, if I don't want the call, then Cancel your credit card. I said in a very sweet voice, let me see if I understand you..and I repeted what she said, then I asked for the complete name of the company she is working for...She hang up....

Guys, if you complain to the FTC and register with the DNC list, the calls will become more frequent. The Federal Government is not there to help you, they are there to help criminals. I've filed HUNDREDS of FTC complaints and the calls just get more and more frequent. NEVER heard ANYTHING back from any Federal employee about ANY of my complaints. Again, don't bother with the Fed, hire a private investigator or a hacker.

616-613-2079 called today and was blocked by our Digitone call blocker. (We block every area code 9#########, 8#########... 0#########.) We didn't answer it; it was blocked. Someone out of town who wants to talk to us would call back (only happens once or twice a year), so this works great. We have been on state and federal do-not-call lists for years… and re-register regularly, so nearly any call that is blocked is a scam

This same number: 616-613-2079, caller ID listed previously listed as card services, today (3-20-2013, 3:28pm ET) it was listed as RX Assistance. I am on both the state and federal Do Not Call Lists and these jerks keep calling regardless. They just change their name and keep calling.

Told me he was working for Cisco as a subcontractor for Microsoft and that my computer was sending off a virus. He said he wanted to know what system errors I was getting. (I wasn't getting any and knew he was probably a scanner at this point). He wanted me to ultimately set up a remote connection so he could take over my computer and 'fix' it for free. He said his name was Kevin Cook as he spoke with a Heavy Indian accent. Yeah right!! He wouldn't give up and I eventually hung up on him.

I jokingly tried to see what they could do for me, I told them I was paying 27% interest, owed $62,000, and all my cards had been shut off they just hung up, guess they can't perform miracles for everyone.

Probably the previous "Credit Card Services" phony. Pressed 1 previously several times to get charges racked up to their phone. Now they are automated and said "You are ninth in line" Previously asked for number to call them back and their "federal tax ID" to check with FBI. They immediately hang up.
