iPhone User I've been getting this same VM for years. Their automated VM talks over my outgoing VM greeting, so all I ever hear is the last part of the last sentence asking me to press 1 to hear about lower interest rates. They call me mostly during meetings in the afternoons. There's no way to get rid of these guys. I've been on the DNC list for a long time, but it doesn't stop these guys.

If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. If enough of us file and win, that should have an impact. What a great revenge, earning money FROM them! Information on their website says the FCC have shut down several of these scams.

Repeatedly called throughout the day, I finally answered. A woman told me that I had won a $200 gas card and would receive this "gift" once I verify my credit card and other personal information and would only be charged shipping and handling. She said her company had received my information from one of their partners where I had made a recent Mastercard purchase. I've received a total of 3 calls within the afternoon. Dear God, STOP CALLING ME!

No message left. Has called about 25 times over last week. If this site reports these sorts of callers, please include my info. thx.

Come on people.  You don't have to put up with this.  File a complaint with the FCC, Contact your State's Attorney General and file a complaint with them.  File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the Lynnwood, WA area and another one with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General.  Washington State is where this company operates its head office with another location in Milwaukee, OR.   They are a bottom feeding collection agency trying to collect on out-of-statute debts and collection items that have been written off by the original creditor long ago.  Therefore they cannot sue to collect and instead resort to intimidation, abusive and harassing tactics to try to bamboozle people into paying just to make them go away.  They have no power over you, even if you are the legitimate debtor.  Stick it to them.Receivables Performance Management LLC (established by Howard L.
