Typical junk-debt buyer. Defaulted payday loans go to the junk-debt pile much quicker than traditional debt.P.S. Don't let these do***ebags or any other "collection agency" tell you that a defaulted payday loan is a "hot check". It's not.

They have been calling for a few years. I have recently been blocking the number whenever they call, then pop up a few days later under a different number. How is this legal? The technology that exists for email doesn't exist for basic phone service?

how do we report these people to sue them and get money?I told them not to call put me on the do not call listthat was 6 months agothey call twice a day every day all yearI need to make some money off these guys

called 3 times in one hour.I never answer and just report it to the do not call registry.They have no Business License in my state.just some Scam. I'll never answer.They are even calling Austria and other countries.

Has been calling my house for over a year. Has an automated message with "my name that they can't ever*****ounce correctly" to please call back for a very important issue that they need to talk to me about with another 800 number to call them back at. I have NEVER answered or called back the number. I let it go straight to VM and then delete the message. I say if it is that important they can send a letter with the info on it. lol

They have been calling for months & months with a computer generated message for my son who doesn't even live here. I cannot get rid of them.

pesky collection agency calling for someone I do not know...possibly had my number before me....told them that person is not here and I do not  know this person...very beligerant.I reported to State Attorney General's office

Got a call on my cell phone from this number.I didn't recognize it, so I let it go to voicemail. No one left a message

Someone named Bevin called my office and was extremely rude and nasty.  She wouldn't give me much information.  And I told her that I want proof of who they are and what the debt is in writing before I will set up payment information.  She was very rude and said that I was refusing to pay!  I told her that wasn't the case... I'm perfectly fine paying a debt that I owe, however, I don't know who they are and I want to be sure that I am not giving my personal information out to some random person.

Call came from Nick in regards to America's Cash Express (ACE) They deal with payday loans. I had done one with them and faithfully paid on it until I had to go to the hospital for 3 months. Because I had got a flesh eating bug in my leg and it ate 40% of my right calf in less than 3 days. I had actually died twice. But anyway, I am now disabled and just s****ed getting my life in order a***n. But he calls me last sa****ay and tells me he has a hotcheck from me and I need to make good with it before he turns it over to the authorities. I gave them a voided check and did not sign it. I called him on it and told him it was a voided check tried to explain and he yelled if I wanna play games he will play games with me ALL DAY LONG!!! He called me a loser and was yelling what a worthless human being I was and I finally ended up ****ing up on him because I couldn't get a word in edgewise. Well he leaves me a voice mail today and says he wants me to call him back so we can finsih our conversation that we s****ed. What an a*shole
