We ans these calls and speak a foreign language to them.... They don't call back!
They call saying they can lower your credit card percentage. By trying to sell you a new card.
This caller keeps calling and not leaving a message. When I try to call the number I get a recording that says the party is not available and to try a***n another time. Googled him but no luck getting any other information. Don't pick up calls from numbers or names I'm not familiar with. When do these calls qualify for harrassment?
missed a call from this number and it doesn't allow me to call it back.
I was just called a***n....just 24 minutes after the last call. Can this be reported as harassment??
I received a call today from 626 216 0703, says wireless caller on caller ID, I blocked out my # with*67 and called them back...it says the person you are calling is not available right now...On a daily basis, I get at least once call from some company they say this is Nextel, I read other comments, we have nothing to do with Nextel...I have had other calls from Comcast, I don't owe any bills or bill collection companies, but daily I get this crazy phone calls...I try not to answer but sometimes if I do I can tell an automatic dialer has dialed it cause it takes a while for a person to come on the phone..I think a lot of these places are scams, want information about your personal business and iden***y theft, caution on all calls you receive. I just wish I knew a way to get all of them to quit calling, they just **** up if you don't answer what they want or become rude when you do get a person.

http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm Maybe if everyone floods the FCC with online complaints it could stop? Maybe?
I've gotten numerous calls from this number, and they claim to be someone from "Card Services" When I asked her which credit card this is for, she listed practically every credit card in existence. When I told her I don't have a credit card and asked her to please remove my phone number from her list, she ***g up on me. Is there any way to contact law enforcement or so****ing? This is clearly a spam and I'm technologically impaired and don't know how to block a number on this phone. I also don't want anyone to fall for so****ing as lame as this.
Just got a call but didn't answer. After reading this blog, I added the number to my *** rejected call list. Only room for 30 entries and I'm up to 10 with this one!
Just got a call but didnt answer.

This is the second time this week I've received this kind of call and I can't count the number of calls over the last five years! The thing is I don't even have a credit card! I've asked them to remove my number every time and today I asked to speak to a manager and the **** just ***g up on me. What does it take to put a stop to these calls?
Got a call from (626) 216-0703 today. As everyone else has stated, it was from Jorge ***mbila, located in Alham*** CA, Nextel Communications mobile phone. Totally sounds like a scam from all the comments I am reading here. I have my home phone through my cable company, which allows me to get into my account on line and go to the "block numbers" topic. I just type in the unwanted caller's number... never to be heard from a***n. I'm sure many of you are able to do that as well.
We've received a call from this number for the last week to ten days. When I call back, I get a recording (repeated in Spanish) the person isn't available. The call ID lists the caller's name as Jorge ***mbila. I don't know if this is a scam, but from the other posts I'm seeing here it seems as if it is.

Owner's Name:Jorge ***mbila Location:ALHAM***, ****rrier:NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, INC.Phone Type:Mobile I did not answer and no message was left. This number has been calling me almost daily for a week now and never leaves a message....I don't answer it.
Check your phone; may have OPTION to select "Reject Call" Add nect time they call
I have received multiple calls from "Jorge" and his staff. I have my own amu*****t for them. After all...It's my phone and they called me, so I can do whatever I want! First off, they have no idea who you are or what you have for cards. The most recent ***** took down a whole series of numbers that I gave him from my randomly generated calculator screen. (I just pounded on the keypad a few times). They are so ****** they don't even know the proper coding for credit card types, etc. Then I gave him another bogus set of numbers and then a valid number for Bank of America customer service. (They could use a few ****** calls themselves...) When the idiot realizes that there is so****ing wrong with the numbers, he is so intent on getting it right that he is prime for the picking! I then ask him to hold while I go check my credit card statement so that I can make sure that I have the correct numbers. I told him that I had used my card so much the numbers were worn off. I let him listen to a lengthy period of CNN or PBS and then I pick up the line and ask him to wait a***n because I can't find the paperwork. This drags on for quite some time, but he ****s in there because he thinks I am going to give him some good information. Then I let my "Housekeeper" step in and pick up the phone and let him know that I left to go bar hopping with my friends. About this time he s****ed to realise that he has been had and the swearing s****s, along with the threats and the profanity. Eventually he ****s up but at least you get some entertainment value and you waste THEIR time! Don't expect the FCC to do ANYTHING about this. They could care less. The FTC is also ineffective. Same thing with any other government agency. 2012 is coming, and we need REAL C****E!!
Credit card spammer!
if you call them back OR if you call to say you don't use cards OR if you tell them not to call, they continue calling!!!!
Spam
Calling to lower credit card interest rate. I don't have any credit cards and I continue to tell them. When u ask who they are trying to call or to take you off the list they ***g up on you. They call from different numbers.
I never answer any incoming call that is not on my contacts list. The party can **** up or leave a message. When I get these calls they never call me a***n BECAUSE I don't pick up. And they never leave messages. I get one of these calls every 3 weeks or so but it is always from a new number that has not called before. When I get a call that I do not recognize, I come straight to Google and type in "phone" and the number. Then I know immediately if it is just another one of these****holes just like this time. I don't call them back so they never add me to their nag list. Try it folks, it has worked for me successfully ever since I got a cell phone. Here's so****ing else you might want to do. If you are getting a call from the same number a***n and a***n, just add them to your contacts list as "Spammer1". Then use the unique ringtone feature on your cell and drill down to the last option which is "no ring". That way when they call a***n, you never hear it and don't answer. After a while, they take you off the nag list.
Offer to lower credit debt, filed FCC1088
Got this telemarketer call along with others after downloading tango video app, not sure if there is a connection.

12/22/2011 Ohio 2:50 pm. They called my cell phone. I didn't pick up. They left no message. When I looked up the name here, it said Jorge ***mbila, Location: Alham*** California, Carrier Nextel Communications and it was a mobile phone.
Came up as a cell phone number, let it go to voicemail, left no message. We are on the no call list too. How they do not call a***n!
Another spam to lower credit card debt of which we have none. The Congress is so busy adding laws to the books, you wonder how this aggravation can be overlooked. Of course, their calls and those of political candidates are exempt. How convenient and and example of how the system is so *****ed up for the average citizen.
spammers you need to report them to the attorney generals office

Report them to the national do not call list and they can get up to a $250,000 fine for every call they make. Put these punks out of biz!
"This is important information about your credit card account..." If it was really important, and from my credit card company, they would have identified themselves up front. Yet another spam call...
calling my elderly grandmother, hate them, hope they die, etc.

Ugh I hate these people. Just want to scam you into giving them your credit card info. I'm on the do not call list but they keep calling (from various numbers).
I've spoken to them 3 times, each of which, I've asked them to stop calling and to remove my number from their list. They just **** up.
