I looked for the company that is associated with this John Stevens who used to be Charles Barry must have been his name before that line got shut down. I found that there are 2 web sites that come up both have different looks but lead to the same phone number the web sites are http://www.nationaldebtsolutions.net/ and the other one is a small buisness web site that has them on there that address is http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_xk4mv. I called a number that I found on the first web site and spoke to a rep there that explained there is a "poser" that has been doing these calls. They since have had to change their name to Key Debt. I left a message for their manager. I gave him both numbers that i have found. Will se where this goes. I know this gives no help but it gives some background when filing a complaint. Keep complaining and someone will find these a**holes that do this.

I get these calls at work all the time and they are BS. I get the same crap as everyone else. You ask to be removed, speak to a supervisor, etc, etc they hang up on you. I did some looking around and found a number that will ring right to the main line that they send you when you press 1 to speak to an agent. the number is 866-260-6777. I have called it many times today just to show them how it feels to be bothered while you are trying to do something. Eventually they will switch numbers but in the mean time have fun with the number.

I am also getting the same calls from John Stevens. I have asked several times to be taken off the call list and am even on the National Do Not Call List....still they bother me. I dont need or want Debt Solutions help. I wonder if the FCC can help us?

I'm actually receiving the same phone calls from John Stevens. I have to sit through his irritating pre-recorded phone introuduction at least 3+ times a day. Each time I ask to speak with an associate or ask to be taken off the call list, they hang up on me. I don't even have any credit cards and I'm completely debt FREE. Seems to me this company has no interest in solving  debt, but rather than to just annoy our daily lives. Get off my @## John Stevens!!

keep getting calls saying they are responding to my request for help, VERY UNTRUE.  Am writing to the BBB and the AG for preditory business practices as well as making false claims in their calls.

Same thing here.  They have called repeatedly and I get hung up on when asked to be put on the Do Not Call List.  They even start laughing before they hang up.  Isn't there a number or website we can get on to get us all removed from their calling list?

I swear, if John Stevens calls me one more time i'm going to find and strangle this guy. I work from home, so my land line is a dedicated work line, and he calls during my work hours, so I miss my actual work phone calls. I've tried every time to get a rep or supervisor, and all i did was ask if I could talk to the lady for  just a second and she hung up. It's getting a little irritating, plus I get complaints from my supervisor. If anyone finds a way to take this jerk out of the telemarketing business, or to remove your name from the list, help me out!

They call me like 4 or 5 times a day... at all hours of the day (morning & night). I asked them to stop calling because we don't have any dept and they hang up on me. When they called again I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hung up on me. When they called again I asked them to take me off their calling list and they hung up on me... this was all in the same day. I tried calling the number back and the operator says you have reached a number that is busy or out of service and then I get a busy signal. This has been going on for months and I'm tired of it.

Called asked to speak to John so I could reduce my debt, he is not in...most likely does not even exist...try googling his name and see what you get.  If anyone can get a number to reach this jerk...please post it.  I tried calling back several times and now the number does not even ring...goo luck!

This all sounds familiar. They have called our business number repeatedly and always hang up when asked to remove the number. This morning we've had 6 calls from them . Someone should put this guy out of business.

Calls repeatedly [last time 10am EST 6/14/09], a recording says it's John Stevens from Debt Solutions responding to a 'request' for info for reducing my debt. When connected, they hang up if asked for a supervisor or asked to take me off their list.

Same thing for me...It was a recorded voicemail that I decided to sit through so I could ask to be taken off the list and when I pressed one and was transfered, I asked to be removed from their calling list and hung up on.

Pressed One to talk with someone and got another recording. Said "yes" and got a person. First thin out of my mouth was "take me off your calling list" and they hung up on me. LOL.

Called Sunday 6/7/09 caller John Stevens 1119am stating that he was calling to assist with a debt that I do not have.  Has called everyday and we have requested that the calls stop, but they don't.

Stop calling

Called at 9:29 a.m. with a recorded message saying that they can help with my $20,000 debt: that I do not have. When I stated that they have the wrong party, they just hung-up on me.

Called at 7:40am with recorded message. Asked them to stop calling, they just hung-up on me....
