They called me at work and said I had a law suit pending and they would be at my workon Tuesday to pickme up for a loan I never reapyed. I told the man that I had never gotten a loan on line. He then said that he wnated to speak with my manager at work to tell themabout the 3 charges I was facing because I had stolen money from them. He said his name was Frank Foster but could hardly understand him with his accent. They said they were with Cash Partners of America. I told him I wanted proof of all chrages a***nst me so that I could let my lawyer take care of things for me. He got real definsive and said if the charges weren't real then why would someone hire a lawyer to sue me. Then he ***g up.

This number called me a work saying they was from consumer affairs

This is obviously a scam.  I have received several calls from these people that I let go to voice mail.  Finally today, I decided I'd actually talk to them.  I ended up getting some entertainment out of it when the person named "Chris Lee" (obviously****umed considering his accent) s****ed stammering and stuttering because I was challenging him on everything.  When he said he was with the Department of Consumer Affairs, I couldn't help but laugh out loud at him. He just kept sticking to his spiel that I had legal charges pending and I would have to deal with it Monday morning at 11.  I asked him where exactly, to which he replied, "In your state somewhere".  "Really?  You know the exact time but not the location?  What courthouse please so I can make sure that I'm there?"  At which point he ***g up on me.Here are the numbers they have been calling from:646-481-0241***-222-7788646-416-9018And just today they are now showing as 0000.  I think they finally figured out how to block their numbers.  Most of these appeared to have been disposable cell phones as the numbers are not in service when I call them back, except for the first one.If your life is so bad that you have to resort to doing things like this to try and make money, then perhaps you shouldn't be part of the human gene pool....

I received a call from this company and they kept repeating my name and told me that this is time sensitive.  If I do not return their call, that I am wished good luck for what will happen to me.  The caller's name is Robert Kennedy and clearly he is Indian.  They call from an Unknown number and did not advise the company they were calling from.  BE CAREFUL!!!!

I received a call from LLC Law Offices stating I had 3 cases pending a***nst me and the paper work would be done by Monday and an officer would come to my place of employment and arrest me.  They said I didn’t pay the loan back.  I knew I did and keep telling them that.  When I asked him, which company hired them to file the paper work he said, it was for the loan you didn’t pay back and now they closed the account as I stole the money.  I asked him if I could settle they quickly said yes for $1,295.  If I give them my card if they would settle.  I went ahead and paid them.  I was nowhere near a computer and because I couldn’t afford them to come to my place of employment, I did it!!!!  Then I get to a computer and see THEY ARE FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!  I called my bank and reported them.  I also called the LLC Law Office requesting the paper work and they said they couldn’t give me copies.  So I s**** reading to him what I see on here about how FAKE they are and he got mad and said I don’t have to hear this and then says he will reinstate my cases and within 10-15 business days I will get my money back.  We all know that WONT be happening!  Hopefully my bank will get them!Thanks for listening and hearing my reach out about this FAKE company LLC LAW OFFICE!!!!
