These are Telemarketing agents calling constantly.

Kept receiving 3-4 calls a day from 651-255-2005. Collecting some capital one debt for someone I've never heard before. When I didn't answer once they left a voicemail asking to call 877-511-6069

I have, per the legal requirements of The Fair Debt Collection Act (the complete act, not just that portion which is practiced by most but not all debt collectors) given both verbal and written demands that ALL communications between, Wells Fargo Credit Card division, be in written, either to my email address: [email protected], or in writing to PO Box 480550.  This request/demand is enforceable not just to Wells Fargo/Wachovia, but to EVERY debt collector which they choose to contract with.Wells Fargo has been fully notified as to my discriminatory job and financial situation, which even after 3 years still has not c****ed to my frustration and this matter is fully out of my control.It is suggested that this debt collector re-check with their attorney and review the entire Fair Debt Collection Act as to the obligations of both parties and stop the harassing verbal attempts on this minute cell phone.  This suggestion comes fully with a suggestion from The United States Justice Department's investigation regarding my personal rights in this matter.Thank you for your time and God bless you in Jesus' name.mr fix jr

Why is this company calling my house to obain someones phone number from me? How do I get them to stop?

Keep getting harassing phone calls from this number. Will not tell me who they are, and do not leave messages. Going to file "do not call" charges through the state attorneys office. It is an $18,000.00 fine for calling and harassing consumers without reason in the state of Florida. I love free money from idiots.

I think this is another number for Alliance One.  It is the same area and uses the same carrier.

Says "Alliance One".  Calls regularly but I do not answer calls from names/numbers I do not know.

It's "InTouch" a lead generation (marketing services) company out of Minnesota.  They just called the office and didn't leave a message.  Mostly likely they want to sell you a "value proposition".  My plate runneth over and I don't need any more services like that, sorry.

N/A Phone call came in today asking for me in an informal and incorrect fashion.

Nate I received a call from this guy named chuck, and this was his number (651)255-5868He gave me information about his company but i couldnt hear any of it, all i know is i have an interview with him tomorrow but i dont know where the***** it is!

eam Guy called from 651-255-4055 but did not say who he was with or why he was calling. they should have to state who they are calling from.

The same guy called here and I told him we were a business. He then went on to say that he was trying to find the relative of someone in the marines. He gave me names of the people he was looking for and the person who they were related to in the military but would not say why he was looking for them

they call claiming we owe them money, they have my address and social # but no one has an account number. The number they call from has been disconneted.

Dec. 19th @ 8:48 a.m.  American descent male. Would not tell me who or what firm he was from. He wanted me to give him my personal information. I did not. I asked many leading questions why he was calling and he said he could not tell me that. He couldn't even tell me why he called and where from!  This is very sketchy. I am notifying authorities and my phone company today.

Received call from these folks (caller was "Todd") to renew our newspaper subscription (we are in Orlando, FL). We contacted our newspaper company and renewed through them.  We called the original caller (spoke with "Betty") at 651-255-5842 and they identified themselves as "AMI", a call-center for newspapers.

Multiple calls a day, several times a week.  No message left, when answered they **** up.
